Just wanted to thank a very sweet lady that I met that at rouses off of Johnson Street across from Giles automotive that works for State Farm Insurance Agent chase Desormeaux I think she can bring a lot to the table for anyone that needs to have Insurance so give her a call at State Farm Insurance chase Desormeaux is her boss if I'm not mistaken I think her name is Rechelle she has a great personality that is out of this world.

Fair with my home damage claim,able to replace my roof and siding from hail damage. Very time consuming though process 2 months to complete but understand situations from storm. Adjuster treatment was excellent and personal .Adjuster was very fair in his estimate.

State Farm claims were fast, courteous, and fair on the estimate of damage to my auto from a storm.

I had a flat tire & needed to be towed an hour away on a Sunday. I called my agent first thing Monday morning. Check in the mail to reimburse me on same day. Great customer service!!

I was hit by someone with State Farm who accepted 100% fault. My vehicle went to be repaired and I asked the state farm representative about filing a diminished value claim for my vehicle since even in a repaired state it would never be worth the same as it would be if the accident never occurred. The state farm representative told me that a properly repaired vehicle does not lose value after an accident which is a blatant lie. Was with them for 3 years and billing would back charge me. I paid a couple times on smaller amounts but this year they tacked on charges that I never understood the explanation on...and it increased my payment for one month to over 500$. That was last straw. I found another policy and save over 800$ a year now. I really felt jerked around by them. And flags were popping up...like when my policy app said I had 2 vehicles. Few years ago I had insurance with State Farm for my condo, I always pay my insurance on time. People broke into my unit and stole stuff and vandalized my property, I call police and file a case and I call State Farm and they came but refused to pay me and did not give me any tangible reason for not paying I had wanted to take it to court but stopped and canceled my insurance with State Farm also with my rental property, my roof was leaking bad through out the house which mess up my ceiling which had holes on my ceiling they... read more

my son driving my ***** ******* got rear ended by a State Farm insured driver . It has now been over a month. State Farm is stalling, hoping we forget about it . State Farm is a scam . We call and they pass the call around . Some say leave a message and never return the call . I want my van repaired.
