Just wanted to thank a very sweet lady that I met that at rouses off of Johnson Street across from Giles automotive that works for State Farm Insurance Agent chase Desormeaux I think she can bring a lot to the table for anyone that needs to have Insurance so give her a call at State Farm Insurance chase Desormeaux is her boss if I'm not mistaken I think her name is Rechelle she has a great personality that is out of this world.

Fair with my home damage claim,able to replace my roof and siding from hail damage. Very time consuming though process 2 months to complete but understand situations from storm. Adjuster treatment was excellent and personal .Adjuster was very fair in his estimate.

State Farm claims were fast, courteous, and fair on the estimate of damage to my auto from a storm.

I had a flat tire & needed to be towed an hour away on a Sunday. I called my agent first thing Monday morning. Check in the mail to reimburse me on same day. Great customer service!!

Worst insurance company effort. Love to take your money but not take care of you. Over 20 years with the company and 2 times I needed them they did not come through. 1st a car accident non licensed driver hit me head on in my lane. It took 2 years and a court case against State Farm where their lawyer was nasty asking me about my personal sexuality while discussing the final results. If I could leave zero Stars I would but that's not an option! I had a auto accident on April 16th of 2026 and it is July 31st and I still have not gotten my truck back! it was worked on by ****** *********for 30 days and they couldn't fix everything so they had it towed to the ***** dealership in Panama City Florida! my truck sat for 70 days at the ***** dealership because State farm wanted the ***** dealership to outsource their parts when they have their own Parts departments! and also they would not pay the $250 an hour t... read more

I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 years. I pay my bill on time. In my twenty years have only filed one claim. I have multiple policies: home and auto, in two different states. I had a flood in my downstairs. The claims adjuster came out and said it was a slow leak. How can it be a slow leak if one day my downstairs is dry and the next it is flooded?
