Horrible customer service! I am not going to bother writing the whole "What happened" with them, I will just refer you to all of the other complaints on this list. Believe them! I wish that I had done more research before signing up with State Farm. :(

It would seem that State Farm is heavily vested in not actually supporting its clients. I venture to say it’s nothing more than a census you have the pleasure of financing.

I have had State Farm insurance for 40+ years, I will be leaving them as soon as possible! No one told me when I took their Home Protection plan that it would come back to bite me in the ***! We've had issues with our HVAC system with recommendations to replace it, State Farm would not replace it so we've had several small claims over the past 3 years. I have tried over and over and over to change my address with state farm and they just can’t do it. So not ever give them an address they will harass whoever has the misfortune of living there for the rest of time. I must be the first State Farm customer in history to move because it is incomprehensible that a change of address can’t be processed by their system. I filed a claim with State Farm against their insured driver, and was not given a proper investigation. I called to file a claim on their driver. After persistent follow up, someone contacted me back to do the recording of my statement. During the conversation I had with this individual, not sure if she recorded this portion, it was confirmed that there was no report currently available regarding the incident and that a request had been put in to get the report. Been with state farm for 15 years on second home. Never made a claim. Sent remedial letter, which I complied with, no representative to communicate with, no return phone calls after leaving message on the policy, no deadline given, no one to answer their questions to. Sent letter they were not renewing as I did not comply with their requirements. I did. I spent a lot of money doing so. They dropping me as the risk is too great". On august 16,2025 I was hit by your client. One of your adjusters reached out and told me they weren’t going to take liability because they didn’t have any evidence. They sent over a not taking liability paperwork before even contacting me. If I had signed the paper the first time it would have been a mistake, then they reached back out to me and said they would take liability after receiving evidence from me. Be careful with the 5 stars reviews, something is wrong with them, it is like they have paid or given a discount for people to write them. Read **********, and other reviews about the company in general. I did not do that, and gave away my money for almost 1 year to these scammers. Be careful, they will try to use aftermarket parts and will want to charge you an extra deductible if demanding OEM parts.
