One of their policy holders hit my car. The whole experience left much to be desired. The lack of communication from this company needs to be studied. I had to initiate every call follow up and all. The total loss rep Zack or whatever his name is acts so nonchalant about everything he does not care about communication at all.
I had a bad experiencie wiht your roadside asistance I had to wait 4 and half hours for the Tow truck to arrive . this is not the first time .You always make excuses that the driver got Lost .that is very strange because nowadays everyone uses technology and GPS no one gets lost.
I had a legitimate flood in my house (Water filter in refrigerator cracked and leaked all night). We took plenty pictures and moisture readings of the damaged floor (which was a little over one year old) and walls prior to ripping anything out. We also ran around a dozen dryers for approximately 1 week. We sent all pictures to State Fam who rejected the entire claim. They claimed I should not of removed the damaged areas. ????? – Disappointed with State Farm's Handling of Accident Repairs I was not a State Farm customer—the driver who hit me was insured by State Farm, and the accident was not my fault. My ***had never been involved in an accident until their insured driver damaged it. What I found most frustrating was State Farm's refusal to pay for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. I have been a clients of State Farm for a little over 8 years and never had a claim…we had a pipe burst recently underneath our kitchen floor and they have been trying everything not to participate in any way shape or form to help resolve the issue. My suggestion would be not to go with State Farm since they are terrible in customer service and experience.
Absolutely one of the most corrupt companies in the history of this country. They’ll take your money, penalize you for filing valid claims for which you have a right to pursue based on policy coverage and then reject future coverage with a month’s notice. Beware - they will never replace a roof despite documented hail/storm damage and when we had a dishwasher leak due to a manufacturer issue, they paid for about half of the renovation. A hail storm went through Madison Wisconsin on. April 14, 2026. Hail damage was so bad over a thousand cars in the nearby airport parking lot were damaged. Our home and business were damaged. The ******** covered our home quickly and easily. Like a bad neighbor, State Farm was not there for our business despite hail damage reported by two roofers
Do not use this company! After hail and rain we had a leak in the roof. Because they have taken over 6 months to deliberate after a company said that we definitely need a new roof, my infant daughter/ 5-year-old son's room ended up growing mold from sitting water and had to have an Eco company come out for our safety. State Farm denied the claim so now we are stuck with an over $10,000 of a bill from them removing the mold and treating the mold and that's not even the reconstruction of my child's walls or fixing the roof lea... read more
My greatest regret ever was to leave my reliable insurance company for statefarm insurance and especially David Roy Agent. They are inconsistent and deceptive ,i only paid the amount they told me only for the first month of each 6 months contract after which they would increase it by over $100 and i don't know what they put on my car that made it difficult to get another insurance policy even without any accident and o explanations.
