I have serious concerns about how my auto claim has been handled following an accident in which I was rear-ended by an insured of State Farm. I am extremely dissatisfied with how my claim was handled. I reported damage to my roof, siding, and a cracked window, but the company failed to properly assess and compensate for these damages. The adjusters sent to my property provided an inaccurate evaluation, stating that I only had partial roof damage, which does not reflect the actual condition of my home. The worst insurance company to deal with. Their claims handler Ryan *****harassed me and threatened me on the phone. They do not answer calls and when you need an adjuster, roadside, or supplement it takes over one hour just to get to an agent. They also lie and scam you.

I've been a customer of State Farm for about 5 years. I've had my Home and Cars insured through them since. Everything was fine until a storm came through the area August 2025, in which my home and most homes in the neighborhood had significant damage to the roof and siding. They gave us a hard time covering all the damage, but in the end, I had to accept what they were offering. This is by far the WORST agency I’ve ever dealt with. Their office is continuously dropping the ball and blaming me and refusing to refund me or fix the issue.

I was involved in an accident (I got hit broadside by a truck). My care was beyond totaled. It happened five months ago and I may get my $14,800 tomorrow, but it has been hell dealing with customer service. I’ve been lied to, and yelled at, and they’ve acted like I’m too dumb to understand. I have been a State Farm client since 1990. In 2021, I experienced an electrical fire through no fault of my own. It was during the height of the COVID pandemic. My contents budget is $275,000. I have had 5 different claim agents, and received maybe $20,000 of $275,000 for a 10 room, 2 car garage home.
