I was involved in a Collison with a STATE FARM insured Driver. This company is HORRID AND ABSOLLUTELY THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. They will apply an inappropriate % of blame on the other side to mitigate paying claims. They have treated me unjustly and unfairly in the process of the claim. BEWARE if you pay your money to State Farm, they will put you at a liability and possible lawsuit by not paying legitimate claims. I’ve been with this agent, Bev Cundiff, for over 20 years. I had two claims over a year apart on my condo and was dropped out of the blue and never notified until I received a vague letter from State Farm saying my condo was no longer insured. I called my local office and asked questions and was told Bev would be calling me… it’s been over 24 hours and still no call. I’m beyond annoyed and mad and very disappointed.

Definitely unprofessional, took out auto policy and changed my mind due to rudeness, they turned me into motor vehicle stating I let my policy lapse, after seeing policy never lapsed rude threatening and kept the $ for a lapsed policy refused to notify motor vehicles that their was no lapse on coverage..Definitely stay away not honest or reputable

I would be giving State Farm Agent Cindy Rasmussen ZERO STARS. I am 28, but have been with State Farm the entire time I have been driving and staying on my parents policy (help makes things cheaper since i lived with them). Recently since getting married I was in the works of changing my name. While trying to get a hold of Cindy and her Manager Wendy, they would not respond to calls, emails or texts for a few weeks. My husband and I have been with State Farm for about 20 years. We have a homeowners and multi-car policy. For YEARS State Farm has been charging me (a female) SIGNIFICANTLY higher rates than my husband, even though I have a perfect driving record. Always a different excuse. It's the car, the model, the car's color, it's too old, it doesn't have safety features, a high risk zip code, ad infinitum. This is not to mention my rate has gone up nearly EVERY 6 months. Company is a professional at wasting everyones time, after months of delays on getting money to a shop, they will stop paying on your rental and blame you and the shop for the delays they caused. Company has no structure and refuses to adhere to any of the promised schedules they create. I.E. not showing up to calls/meetings they schedule, promising to not send out an adjust but one shows up on a random day with no notice any ways, putting a 3 week hold on a check, etc. Your life would be in safer hands goinig uninsured then... read more

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I was in an accident with a State Farm insured person, who claimed responsibility immediately. After speaking with their agent, Shanice *******, I no longer believe I will be treated justly. Ms. ******* was rude and outright indignant because I wanted to know how long their insured had to respond to the claim.
