Pitiful company unqualified people working especially for car insurance and all the people in the main office are totally lost they make their decisions based upon hearsay

Roof and Interior damage to my home in Aug 2025. Roof inspection done. Inspector said I should be approved for a new roof. State Farm did not send anyone to check the damage inside my home. They (as always) deny every claim. The one denying it was a moron named Brandon *****. State Farm is a money hungry company, I am 75 years old and a disabled veteran. I take good care of my home. I have had State Farm for all of my cars and homes since I purchased my first home. I recently found out through my Mortgage company that I no longer had home owners insurance so I called State Farm to see what that letter was about. They said that since I filled 3 claims in a year that I was high risk so they dropped me and that I should have received a letter letting me know which I did not get any notification. AI sucks Again, AI sucks. When you call to make a claim because their policy holder hit you, even the agent has to go through the AI system. It doesn't understand what you say very well. You can say 'representative' as much as you want and it just reverts back to what it said before that. It is very inconvenient. AI sucks. We want to speak to real people! Without waiting 20 minutes for an agent to go through the AI process first! The agents themselves are nice but unable to do much without this AI system. Terrible customer s... read more

I have Cortney Tisdale as a State Farm agent and my problem started probably three months ago when I changed my payment date from the 28 thigh the month to the third of every month because that’s when I get paid and I would always pay my premium early anyways but every since I changed the date of which no one told me not to do this in there office I have had nothing but trouble with this State Farm has billed me so many different amounts since this happened it’s really rediculous I’ve called her office multiple times and one... read more

I initiated the start of my insurance on the 14th of the month with State Farm. The Broker NEGLECTED to tell me that the insurance wouldn’t start until the 17th. My current insurance expired on the 15th!!! I asked for a refund! Since their pride and ego was wounded, they decided to keep my refund for 30+ days! Where’s my Refund State Farm???

I received a renters insurance quote from Bradwell Batchelor’s office. I paid the premium to get the policy. I created an account to manage my policy on line. It said I had no policy and that my policy was past due, with the hazard symbol and exclamation point. I paid 2 weeks before the effective date of the policy. I paid on Oct. 13th, and received a payment confirmation from Micah at Bradwell’s office. Policy effective date is Nov. 1st. Micah and I had 5 or 6 written exchanges. I was rear-ended at a red light by one of their drivers and had to take time off work to deal with getting my car fixed. I asked to be reimbursed for the $180 I lost in wages and was told "We will not reimburse for this. That's the risk you take when driving. If you have an issue, take it up with your own insurance". I'm not joking. Do NOT ever use State Farm for your insurance.
