My one year old Lexus IS 350 was hit unoccupied and was suggested by both insurance parties that I file a claim with my insurance, Statefarm. They are terrible!! I’ve had them for 25 years! My car was in the shop for over 2 months for their denial of oem parts on a 2024 vehicle! Filed an appeal and complaint with doi. Did absolutely nothing!!!! They kept denying based on price. So far, and I am two weeks into my claim for property damage due to to high winds that blew down a huge tree, took out sections of fence and damaged other sections of a wood privacy fence. I have received nothing but a gigantic run around from State Farm. They are NOT a good neighbor and no, they are not there for you.

One of State Farm's insured drivers struck my parked car 60 days ago and they have still not resolved the claim. Getting though to anyone by phone is almost impossible, and when you do, they will tell you that you have to chat with a specific person who is never avaialble! You have an option to have them call you back, but they never do. I would never do business with State Farm and I will tell everyone that I know about the horrible support that they are providing. Lies lies and more lies, if you want to be lied too and have more money taken out of your account then be my guest and go with them, this office is incompetent and will mess your policies up to no end, I'm over it.

I had a frustrating experience dealing with State Farm on a claim where their insured driver was 100% at fault. There is a reason they are not BBB accredited. Vehicle was totalled, other driver was at fault. State Farm corporate, not local office, has taken over 3 months. Still not settled, still won't acknowledge that the CCC One valuation report is garbage. Undervalued the vehicle by 3 thousand dollars, saying it's not "dealer condition". It was two months off the dealer lot... and I've seen way worse dealer condition cars than this one. Inaccurate billing on accounts. Recently checked on loan for life Insurance and to check how much it had matured. Most life insurance has voluntary repayment benefits. I've paid a additional 15.00 per month extra for several years. How is my amount 108.53 owed in interest when extra payments was paid throughout 2025 for 180.00.
