So apparently State Farm thinks they are licensed roofers! They sent an 3rd party to come evaluate my home. This person trespassed on my property and was taking pictures of my home without my permission. After over almost 40 years of being with this company they are canceling my homeowners policy because they think I need a new roof. We'll my roof is only 16 years old. Absolutely horrible in dealing with my claim payment. They have only their own interest in mind when making payments. They will delay the process. Nobody takes responsibility. They will cut calls short and contend with you, even if it's an obvious case (I got t-boned, they won't do alignment work or fix my tires) Can't believe it's such a big company. They'll fall out eventually I'm sure - can't treat people this way forever.

I signed up with them 3 months ago. They continue to raise my rates - up from $80 to $250 now - while ignoring me asking for help. I have called and asked for help about 12 times. Not a single one of them have helped me. They all are trained to use microaggressions and ableism. I guess if you are disabled, you are not welcome at State Farm.

State Farm won’t settle fair claims they are out to screw anyone they can ! Open claim for over a year and they want to pay half! There crooks!!!! DONT buy State Farm insurance

this review is for the Mark Gianeskis office in palm harbor, FL. I've had state farm for countless years and never had a reason to look elsewhere or price check until now. I asked for quotes to add my son to the policy and provided his license number just so i could see how much it will increase and what my options were. He doesn't drive at all and doesn't have access to the keys for any of the vehicles. I got a letter from State Farm insurance co that they are canceling my homeowners ins because of tree limbs above my roof. These limbs are not dead limbs, they are alive and well.This is eastTexas probably 80% of of homes have limbs over them. I don’t have 1000.00 dollars to have them trimmed and don’t want cuts open to oak wilt and have my tree die. 15 teen years same house same trees now they want them cut.

I have serious concerns about how my auto claim has been handled following an accident in which I was rear-ended by an insured of State Farm. I am extremely dissatisfied with how my claim was handled. I reported damage to my roof, siding, and a cracked window, but the company failed to properly assess and compensate for these damages. The adjusters sent to my property provided an inaccurate evaluation, stating that I only had partial roof damage, which does not reflect the actual condition of my home. The worst insurance company to deal with. Their claims handler Ryan *****harassed me and threatened me on the phone. They do not answer calls and when you need an adjuster, roadside, or supplement it takes over one hour just to get to an agent. They also lie and scam you.
