They provide insurance, but if you are hit or hit someone with your car expect to have it totaled. Esp. if it's not a 2026 car. How does damage to a rear passenger door due to someone running a stop sign and hitting me lead to the car being totaled. Smh, no airbags deployed or anything. Now I'm fighting/hoping to keep my car.

Let me start by saying if you have State farm drop them. They now make a high risk ins company look honest and helpful. I have been a customer for 20 years and hit by another State farm customer. I took my truck to their partnered shop ******* *********. Its back again due to the improper repair on my axle. Second time for this item missed on the original inspection. Both time axle grease all over my brakes. Now my car has been at this shop for 4 hours not touched and they refuse to provide a rental until it is. Not sure why... read more

State Farm non-renewed my homeowners policy after citing “three claims,” but their own later written correspondence confirmed that one of those “claims” (9/11/2024) was opened in error, with $0 indemnity and no inspection performed. Despite that, the event still appeared on my record as a claim and contributed to repeated denials when I tried to replace my coverage. State Farm is a company that will do nothing more than provide a policy in exchange for monetary gain. I had been a customer of State Farm for over 30 years without a single auto nor homeownerclaim. I thought the relationship was a good based on my good faith. In 2025 I had my first at fault incident and all was admitted to and settled mid 2025. Too bad you can’t give a zero star. That needs to be an option. State Farm is terrible. I had an issue with my truck tire running over a pair of pliers and it blew the tire out and punctured a hole in the wheel also. The tires are at 10/32” of tread and discontinued. The newer model of the tire is a different tread design and has 15/32” of tread starting out. Both the tread design and the tread depth can cause the 4 wheel drive to go out. Had to engage with Statefarm for a loved one who's car was totalled, started with them fixing the policy holders vehicle and then closed the claim without our end getting fixed even when fault was found for the other individual. Had to actually contact the woman who hit her to find this out and get the ball rolling again. Then got bounced around for a week since they have no corporate number it seems. On 2 separate occasions, i have been hit by a person who carries State Farm Insurance. Back in 2012 when i was first hit in a *******parking lot, this insurance company told me that since they couldn't get in contact with the client that hit me, that they couldnt prove anything or that their client was at fault. I recently had to deal with a minuscule windshield chip—no bigger than a penny—and the experience with State Farm’s corporate service was a total nightmare.First, I tried using the website to submit the claim, but it kept throwing errors and wouldn’t let me finish the process.
