I was hit by someone with State Farm who accepted 100% fault. My vehicle went to be repaired and I asked the state farm representative about filing a diminished value claim for my vehicle since even in a repaired state it would never be worth the same as it would be if the accident never occurred. Was with them for 3 years and billing would back charge me. I paid a couple times on smaller amounts but this year they tacked on charges that I never understood the explanation on...and it increased my payment for one month to over 500$. That was last straw. I found another policy and save over 800$ a year now. I really felt jerked around by them. And flags were popping up...like when my policy app said I had 2 vehicles. Few years ago I had insurance with State Farm for my condo, I always pay my insurance on time. People broke into my unit and stole stuff and vandalized my property, I call police and file a case and I call State Farm and they came but refused to pay me and did not give me any tangible reason for not paying I had wanted to take it to court but stopped and canceled my insurance with State Farm also with my rental property, my roof was leaking bad through out the house which mess up my ceiling which had holes on my ceiling they... read more

my son driving my ***** ******* got rear ended by a State Farm insured driver . It has now been over a month. State Farm is stalling, hoping we forget about it . State Farm is a scam . We call and they pass the call around . Some say leave a message and never return the call . I want my van repaired.

I tried to call for roadside assistance. I was connected to AI. AI blocked everything, so I never got assistance. Did Jake from State Farm quit?

I was hit by another driver, while stationary. State Farm is continuously trying to slow down and deny the process of me getting a pay-out for my vehicle by under-valuing it due to total-loss. I've since noticed there are multiple class action law suites under way with them too about the same thing in different states. Get a lawyer involved is my recommendation after wasting 2 weeks with State Farm.

I was rear ended by one of their insured She was on the phone and slammed into me I got whiplash and a concussion I have been fighting with them to pay me back for medical expenses because they wanted me to use my personal health insurance. If you get hit by one of their insured get a LAWYER as soon as it happens

Hopefully you dont have a car to total out through them. Otherwise good luck. They have 1 person, but you have to wait 23 minutes to get ahold of someone to just transfer you to the person. Oh and the extension they give you literally does nothing. Wouldn't be so bad if I didnt have to hold their hand through the whole process. If you have to make a claim through them you have to call them everyday to make sure they are doing their jobs, otherwise you be like me and have to pay 2 car payments on a car that is totalled abd yo... read more

We had a severe hail storm in my area, My roof was damaged, I called around to get quotes from 3 different companies to gauge the damage and to give me a quote to provide to State Farm. State Farm sent an adjuster to review the damage and he stated it was wear and tear on a roof that is not even 10 years since being installed. Before this storm, we had no leaks at all, after the storm we had several leaks, one of the leaks was so severe that we temporarily moved my daughter out of her room, We ended up paying to fix that are... read more
