State Farms auto insurance claims service experience was extremely frustrating and it was virtually impossible to contact my claims adjuster even though it was the other drive's fault. It took practically 5 months for State Farms to subrogate demand with the other driver's insurance company after they acknowledged fault. I am still waiting to be reimbursed my deductible. I will not be renewing with State Farm..

I have had a horrible time working with State Farm as a person that was hit by one of their insured. It has not only been difficult getting updates but their agents are very rude when you are trying to get answers and an understanding of how the claim process works with their insurance company. I spoke with Teresa a moment ago who continue to cut me short as I was attempting to ask questions and then rushed me off the phone abruptly after telling me to wait for the assigned adjuster to give me a call back. State Farm is the WORST insurance company they double your rate They have the poorest cumuication. The adjusters screw you on your claims. They are the worst insurance company. STAY AWAY FROM STATE FARM THEY SUCK!!!!!

Wrongfully my second life insurance policy obtained and underwritten by State Farm Insurance Company was cancel by verbally missed communicating by the agency of Rudy Partida located at: (3323 L Street Omaha, NE 68107-1662) the terms and conditions of surrendering the policy were missed communicated after having policy for 10 months.

One of state farm clients rear ended my car causing about $3000 of damages. Now they are denying my claim. It took them over a month from when the claim was filed to let me know. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone!!

State Farm gave us ZERO notification they were dropping our home owners insurance, after being customers for almost a decade. We could lose EVERYTHING. We have 2 little kids. We can’t get other insurances to accept us because we had two water damage claims in 5 years, and now a lapse in insurance because of not being notified. I had my atv stolen, it was insured. Turns out to be a total loss after it was recovered. Their first offer was $1400, I quickly denied that, the second was $6k I turned that down also, the latest offer was $8500 turned it down also. When I switched to SF a year and a half ago the local agent said it was valued at 16k, so that's what my premiums were based on. ZERO STARS ZERO!!!!!They get no stars.. I was given a price. Ok no biggie, but the price that I was given to begin with was $93 one year later it's $193 from 11-18 2025. I get a bill prepare November 27th home insurance $278.20 then the idiots started on homeowners policy started it but did not cancel my renters policy till over a week later, but I don't get a credit I should be getting a credit! I have had State Farm insurance for many years, and Matt Vierk since around 2015. He is the WORST agent I have ever had. He NEVER, EVER, EVER returns phone calls, but he does contact you online if your check is not received on the day it is due. He is paid to talk to customers, and handle your claims. I am tired of having to figure out who to contact if I have a question or claim. Matt's 'total lack of assistance is deplorable. My time is valuable, and he will not get another cent from me, I have asked for another agent.
