State farm owed me a refund of $69 since last april, but the never sent thw refund check. I called and complained about the ussue, but the just lied to me saying they were going to send it but never did. They are scamming customers refunds and not returnibg them. - Jospeh B*****
Absolute total scam artist behavior. Getting a policy completely backward—writing a child rider or juvenile policy when you explicitly asked for income replacement to protect your family if something happened to you—is gross incompetence. Trying to flip the blame onto you when their own former agent messed up the application is even worse. Avoid State Farm at all costs. After localized storm damage hit our area, State Farm issued a baseless initial denial on my roof. On August 31st my daughter was backed into in my vehicle. I've had State farm for a year. Paid the crazy rates every month on time. One month it's 184 the next month it's 242. Last month was 218 which is still kind of lateand I was late 3 days. So of course they're not going to cover that and of course they're not going to fix all the crazy rates I keep getting cuz I decided to have a young driver drive my vehicle too.
