I was hit by another driver, while stationary. State Farm is continuously trying to slow down and deny the process of me getting a pay-out for my vehicle by under-valuing it due to total-loss. I've since noticed there are multiple class action law suites under way with them too about the same thing in different states. Get a lawyer involved is my recommendation after wasting 2 weeks with State Farm.

I was rear ended by one of their insured She was on the phone and slammed into me I got whiplash and a concussion I have been fighting with them to pay me back for medical expenses because they wanted me to use my personal health insurance. If you get hit by one of their insured get a LAWYER as soon as it happens

Hopefully you dont have a car to total out through them. Otherwise good luck. They have 1 person, but you have to wait 23 minutes to get ahold of someone to just transfer you to the person. Oh and the extension they give you literally does nothing. Wouldn't be so bad if I didnt have to hold their hand through the whole process. If you have to make a claim through them you have to call them everyday to make sure they are doing their jobs, otherwise you be like me and have to pay 2 car payments on a car that is totalled abd yo... read more

We had a severe hail storm in my area, My roof was damaged, I called around to get quotes from 3 different companies to gauge the damage and to give me a quote to provide to State Farm. State Farm sent an adjuster to review the damage and he stated it was wear and tear on a roof that is not even 10 years since being installed. Before this storm, we had no leaks at all, after the storm we had several leaks, one of the leaks was so severe that we temporarily moved my daughter out of her room, We ended up paying to fix that are... read more

I have had State Farm insurance for 44 years. Never let my policy lapse. Now they are running my credit to determine what my payment should be. NEWS FLASH. You pay in advance for insurance. You are getting nothing on credit. My credit with State Farm should be stellar. And now that’s not enough I have been notified that my ex wife’s credit is being ran to determine what my new rates will be.

I was with Tou Lee State Farm agent for several years. They dropped my umbrella policy without reason and increased my homeowner policy by $1000 in 6 mths without an explanation. the agent told me to find another insurance company since State Farm is not as reliable as before without trying to assist in providing coverage at better price.

We have been loyal customers to State Farm for both home and auto for 14 years. Today that changes. My husband was in an accident, it was the other driver's fault. They too have State Farm, unfortunately. When the adjuster called and made my husband an offer, they used deceptive language to get him to agree, and then changed it to something completely different. They said they don't have a recording of the call where he was deceived, but the agreement is binding. They will not get another dime from my family. I pray they go ... read more

Take the one star and ignore it cause you deserve a 0. My experience with State Farm at first was pleasant the office I dealt with in the representative I dealt with when I first got my insurance was the best acted like they cared about their customers. I felt positive about this company. but than I had to file a claim ….
