I have been a loyal State Farm customer since 1985—spanning 41 years. The minimal interactions I recently had with Brian and his staff were undoubtedly the worst customer service experiences of my entire history with the company. One of our auto policies spiked by 20%. So I was in a car accident on 5-6-26, my shoulder and ribs were injured in the wreck. My car was totalled completely. I had paid for my insurance before my shift at work so around 5:30am right? I sent the copy of the police report, reported the day and time, signed the POA (power of attorney), exc. Everything seemed to be fine. I was hit by someone with State Farm who accepted 100% fault. My vehicle went to be repaired and I asked the state farm representative about filing a diminished value claim for my vehicle since even in a repaired state it would never be worth the same as it would be if the accident never occurred. The state farm representative told me that a properly repaired vehicle does not lose value after an accident which is a blatant lie. Was with them for 3 years and billing would back charge me. I paid a couple times on smaller amounts but this year they tacked on charges that I never understood the explanation on...and it increased my payment for one month to over 500$. That was last straw. I found another policy and save over 800$ a year now. I really felt jerked around by them. And flags were popping up...like when my policy app said I had 2 vehicles. Few years ago I had insurance with State Farm for my condo, I always pay my insurance on time. People broke into my unit and stole stuff and vandalized my property, I call police and file a case and I call State Farm and they came but refused to pay me and did not give me any tangible reason for not paying I had wanted to take it to court but stopped and canceled my insurance with State Farm also with my rental property, my roof was leaking bad through out the house which mess up my ceiling which had holes on my ceiling they... read more

my son driving my ***** ******* got rear ended by a State Farm insured driver . It has now been over a month. State Farm is stalling, hoping we forget about it . State Farm is a scam . We call and they pass the call around . Some say leave a message and never return the call . I want my van repaired.

I tried to call for roadside assistance. I was connected to AI. AI blocked everything, so I never got assistance. Did Jake from State Farm quit?

I was hit by another driver, while stationary. State Farm is continuously trying to slow down and deny the process of me getting a pay-out for my vehicle by under-valuing it due to total-loss. I've since noticed there are multiple class action law suites under way with them too about the same thing in different states. Get a lawyer involved is my recommendation after wasting 2 weeks with State Farm.

I was rear ended by one of their insured She was on the phone and slammed into me I got whiplash and a concussion I have been fighting with them to pay me back for medical expenses because they wanted me to use my personal health insurance. If you get hit by one of their insured get a LAWYER as soon as it happens
