StateFarm is awful and refuses to be in contact with anybody. They are shorting me $2,000 to the estimated value of my car and refuses to call me or send me the information to send over my title to receive my total loss of car check. Please please please do not use StateFarm. They are needing to be shut down for corruption and horrible customer service. Do not get Tiffany as your adjuster.

One star rating for State Farm is too good for this company. Like many that have addressed their concerns here, I too have been with State farm for many many years, paying my premiums never late. Recently to walk into my home to find out my house is totally flooded. After almost 10 years with State Farm, with a bundled policy, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I went from paying about $400/mo for 2 vehicles to over $1,000/mo after a ‘not at fault,’ accident. State Farm clearly stated to me that my rates would not go up, but the proof is in the pudding

Held 55% liable for an accident i didnt cause. Road ragers get to get away with everything despite admitting on recorded call he was at fault. Do not use state farm. I will be switching as soon as I can.

1/15/2026 State Farm would not renew our auto insurance due to an accident in 2023 caused by "another car running through a red traffic light" at the intersection of the accident. In addition, there was a claim on a cracked windshield caused by the tire of a truck throwing a rock picked up on the road. So, State Farm stands by their customer only if, there are no incidents/accidents regardless of who is at fault. I can’t even give State Farm a rating that’s how bad they are. I personally don’t have them for an insurance company I just have to deal with them from a claim that I’m dealing with. Our car was hit in a parking lot at my wife’s work. We have now been dealing with it for the past three months. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I got in an accident, and because my parents were listed as riders with their own separate insurance policies through State Farm, they dropped all of us. Horrible company! They are also expensive. Save your money and shop around; do not use them!

Wow! Completely a crap company. Offered me $210 for their client hitting my car and the lesser value of it now because of CarMax. They are Completely out of line and crooked as they come. (Please contact me State Farm) totally unacceptable company. Dont do it!!!!!!!

car broke down on a weekend... was told they could not reimburse a tow to the garage .... we were traveling... home was a long ways ... so freaking stupid.
