Had to engage with Statefarm for a loved one who's car was totalled, started with them fixing the policy holders vehicle and then closed the claim without our end getting fixed even when fault was found for the other individual. Had to actually contact the woman who hit her to find this out and get the ball rolling again. Then got bounced around for a week since they have no corporate number it seems. On 2 separate occasions, i have been hit by a person who carries State Farm Insurance. Back in 2012 when i was first hit in a *******parking lot, this insurance company told me that since they couldn't get in contact with the client that hit me, that they couldnt prove anything or that their client was at fault. I then obtained video footage from *******of the incident, provided it to State Farm, and then they claimed they couldnt see the video footage. NEVER GOT PAID. I recently had to deal with a minuscule windshield chip—no bigger than a penny—and the experience with State Farm’s corporate service was a total nightmare.First, I tried using the website to submit the claim, but it kept throwing errors and wouldn’t let me finish the process. So apparently State Farm thinks they are licensed roofers! They sent an 3rd party to come evaluate my home. This person trespassed on my property and was taking pictures of my home without my permission. After over almost 40 years of being with this company they are canceling my homeowners policy because they think I need a new roof. We'll my roof is only 16 years old. Absolutely horrible in dealing with my claim payment. They have only their own interest in mind when making payments. They will delay the process. Nobody takes responsibility. They will cut calls short and contend with you, even if it's an obvious case (I got t-boned, they won't do alignment work or fix my tires) Can't believe it's such a big company. They'll fall out eventually I'm sure - can't treat people this way forever.

I signed up with them 3 months ago. They continue to raise my rates - up from $80 to $250 now - while ignoring me asking for help. I have called and asked for help about 12 times. Not a single one of them have helped me. They all are trained to use microaggressions and ableism. I guess if you are disabled, you are not welcome at State Farm.

this review is for the Mark Gianeskis office in palm harbor, FL. I've had state farm for countless years and never had a reason to look elsewhere or price check until now. I asked for quotes to add my son to the policy and provided his license number just so i could see how much it will increase and what my options were. He doesn't drive at all and doesn't have access to the keys for any of the vehicles. I got a letter from State Farm insurance co that they are canceling my homeowners ins because of tree limbs above my roof. These limbs are not dead limbs, they are alive and well.This is eastTexas probably 80% of of homes have limbs over them. I don’t have 1000.00 dollars to have them trimmed and don’t want cuts open to oak wilt and have my tree die. 15 teen years same house same trees now they want them cut.
