This is the worse insurance I have ever to deal with. They send me a letter said that they’re not going to renew my policy due to number of claim. Which is this year within my house we have 2 claims. Fist one they pay out around $1500. Seconds time I claim for the windshield. And I was like ya want to cancel me for those claims. Very disappointing claims experience with State Farm. Incorrect information was entered on the Power of Attorney (including date and year of the accident, which caused unnecessary delays. I was told this was entered “by accident,” which is unacceptable. State Farm also claims the POA was mailed, but we never received it. Multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered, further delaying the claim. This has been the worst claims experience I’ve had, and the lack of accuracy and communication is extremely frustrating.

ZERO stars for this company. Worst experience ever. My home was struck by a storm. All power shit off for a week due to damages. Went through 2 winter with no heat. The storm dried out my furnace and AC unit and to this day I still have electrical issues due to the lightning that went through my home. State Farm refuses to cover the electrical issues. I was hit by a State Farm customer when he came over into my lane, and he actually kept hitting my car and I could see he had dementias to a point because he was not fully aware of what was happening. I have dealt with Autism and dementias for year, so I know how to recognize this. The police officer even told the driver he was at fault. I had my insurance g contact State Farm, and their response was that the driver said I hit HIM on purpose, so they refused to pay!!! My unmanned vehicle was involved in an accident with someone insured by State Farm. My vehicle was literally landed on top of by this other vehicle. The hood is smashed, my headlights busted, and who knows what else has been affected. This happened at the beginning of November. State farm sent my a letter saying they are DENYING the claim to fix my vehicle that was severely damaged due to their insured!!! Wth?!!!??

My family just had an absolutely atrocious experience with state farm. My wife was t-boned in an accident. Luckily, my son pulled away from the door when the car was hit so no one was injured. The other party admitted to not seeing my wife and apologized. My wife even got this on a voice recording. The damage to my wife's vehicle made it very evident that the other party was at fault. Worst company to exist on the planet. These leeches just want to rob you of every hard earned penny, and aren’t there to pay out when you need them to. They never take responsibility, and they certainly don’t give a cent about being there “like a good neighbor”. I would rate them negative if I could.

My family has had an extremely distressing experience with State Farm, and I feel obligated to warn others. On November 9, my 82-year-old uncle, a Vietnam War veteran, was the driver and legal owner of his vehicle when we were involved in a T-bone car accident. The airbags deployed, and the vehicle was totaled. State Farm accepted the total loss and took ownership of the vehicle.
