After 15+ years with State Farm, insuring my home and two vehicles, I am extremely disappointed with the communication from this office regarding the non-renewal of my auto insurance. overcharged me. won't refund. after the company determined that my vehicle was not eligible for coverage. My vehicle is titled in the name of my LLC. State Farm subsequently informed me that the vehicle could not be insured under my policy because of its ownership structure and issued a formal notice declining coverage. Unfair practice and unethical evaluation of a total loss claim. Been waiting for a month now with no resolution. They dont answer for weeks. One of the manager reached out and produced a even lower settlement after wating for weeks with no response. I been without a vehicle with 2 kids needing to take to school and get by. State Farm Sucks... They get you to sign with them offering low rates then every six months they raise your rates over and over and won't give any explanation as to why your rates are going up. They are crooked to the core as far as I am concerned.. Looking for a better auto insurance company.. Avoid State Farm like the plague. Run as far as you can from State Farm...
Worst insurance company effort. Love to take your money but not take care of you. Over 20 years with the company and 2 times I needed them they did not come through. 1st a car accident non licensed driver hit me head on in my lane. I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 years. I pay my bill on time. In my twenty years have only filed one claim. I have multiple policies: home and auto, in two different states. I had a flood in my downstairs. The claims adjuster came out and said it was a slow leak. How can it be a slow leak if one day my downstairs is dry and the next it is flooded? I have been a loyal State Farm customer since 1985—spanning 41 years. The minimal interactions I recently had with Brian and his staff were undoubtedly the worst customer service experiences of my entire history with the company. One of our auto policies spiked by 20%. So I was in a car accident on 5-6-26, my shoulder and ribs were injured in the wreck. My car was totalled completely. I had paid for my insurance before my shift at work so around 5:30am right?
