Nathan S****** did an outstanding job in educating me on the benefits and better coverages on my homeowners insurance and auto insurance offered by State Farm compared to what I was getting with *********** and was able to save me $1200 with lower deductibles with better coverage. Erika Thomas my Agent! Great customer service! Also her assistant Beth. When I text or call her I get immediate information. Anything needed paperwork I get it! State Farm Great insurance Company. I have home and auto insurance. Good rates.

I belong to State Farm in ******** with Phillip pool and all I can say is they are awesome I been with them for a minuet for the most part paid my bill on time with a couple hiccups here and there. Today I got home from work hands full of groceries and food from work. My Review is not about State Farm the Company, although they have been pretty good with my account. Could be better considering I have been working with them for 38 years total. my review is about the amazing Representatives they have in the office that serves me. Kathee ***** and Kimberly ******. When I have a question or complaint they always call me back and solve the problem in a very timely manner. They are polite and very respectful always. So far I haven't had to report any claims on my truck or renters insurance so I can't comment on that aspect. I am however happy with the premiums. I e thing I can note is that their weekend roadside assistance customer service is absolutely horrible! It took forever to speak to an actual person and when I did there was a huge language barrier! Was on the phone for an hour just trying to get a darn tow truck!

My auto claim was handled very quickly. I was afraid it might take a long time because of all the hurricane claims at that time but there were no delays at all. Great job!

I had an issue and needed to have roadside assistance for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the online app would not take my policy number. I ended up calling my agent to confirm that I did have the coverage and was given the proper policy number to input for roadside assistance however the app still did not work for me. I ended up having to call and speak with a person, I didn't get her name but she was absolutely delightful!
