My Review is not about State Farm the Company, although they have been pretty good with my account. Could be better considering I have been working with them for 38 years total. my review is about the amazing Representatives they have in the office that serves me. Kathee ***** and Kimberly ******. So far I haven't had to report any claims on my truck or renters insurance so I can't comment on that aspect. I am however happy with the premiums. I e thing I can note is that their weekend roadside assistance customer service is absolutely horrible! It took forever to speak to an actual person and when I did there was a huge language barrier! Was on the phone for an hour just trying to get a darn tow truck!

My auto claim was handled very quickly. I was afraid it might take a long time because of all the hurricane claims at that time but there were no delays at all. Great job!

I had an issue and needed to have roadside assistance for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the online app would not take my policy number. I ended up calling my agent to confirm that I did have the coverage and was given the proper policy number to input for roadside assistance however the app still did not work for me. I ended up having to call and speak with a person, I didn't get her name but she was absolutely delightful! Ed ********* and his team are the best in our area when it comes to service. They answer the phone and follow-up promptly when needed. They are knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. State Farm has been our insurance co. for years and thankfully so.

They always took good care of my elderly father in law who had this insurance while he was alive. Upon his death, instead of sending a final bill to my grieving husband and I (something other companies did), they sent us a beautifully printed copy of his obituary with a lovely psalm on the back (he was a christian) along with condolences and automatically closed the account. 2 major claims in last 11 years. Agent, claims adjuster and claims liaison were amazing. Settled in less than 48 hrs an consistently guided us to protect our own interest. No problem contacting any of them.
