Becca is always pleasant, and half the time when I call about an issue, she has already resolved it before I finish explaining. I can be a bit wordy and long-winded sometimes. However, they are a good team, and they saved me money on my car insurance. Who could complain about that?

I’m rather pleased with State Farm when it comes to them paying up because one of the insured rear ended me. His coverage paid for my rental for two weeks. It also covered the cost to repair my bumper and associated parts. I also want to Thank the customer service department because they didn’t treat me like a liar. When he called into the shop to report the claim on the day of the accident she was very nice to me too.

Angela and will at the Lebanon location where the people who took care of me and they are absolutely phenomenal I wish I could leave a review on their website but I couldn't find the leave a review button. Both of them were Absolutely kind and respectful. They help me set up my account, and they help me find the perfect discounts to make it affordable for me I highly recommend choosing State farm!!!!

I just finished a fire claim. Paul Farmer is my State Farm agent in Plaquemine, La. His office went above and beyond to make sure my family had access to all of our needs. The claims department followed up on all of my questions and concerns. The suggested contractor did a great job in a timely manner. I am so upset and frustrated i had a house fire in December 3, 2023 and my house insurance was there saying in 6 to 12 month you will have your house back don't worry about anything.
