I’m rather pleased with State Farm when it comes to them paying up because one of the insured rear ended me. His coverage paid for my rental for two weeks. It also covered the cost to repair my bumper and associated parts. I also want to Thank the customer service department because they didn’t treat me like a liar. When he called into the shop to report the claim on the day of the accident she was very nice to me too.

Angela and will at the Lebanon location where the people who took care of me and they are absolutely phenomenal I wish I could leave a review on their website but I couldn't find the leave a review button. Both of them were Absolutely kind and respectful. They help me set up my account, and they help me find the perfect discounts to make it affordable for me I highly recommend choosing State farm!!!!

I just finished a fire claim. Paul Farmer is my State Farm agent in Plaquemine, La. His office went above and beyond to make sure my family had access to all of our needs. The claims department followed up on all of my questions and concerns. The suggested contractor did a great job in a timely manner. I spoke to representative Chris Fernandez not only was he very professional, knowledgeable and helpful he also gave me a great quote. I went through the new policy which was very comparable to my previous policy. Very happy with the outcome working with Chris. Highly recommend him !!!!

I am so upset and frustrated i had a house fire in December 3, 2023 and my house insurance was there saying in 6 to 12 month you will have your house back don't worry about anything. I filed a claim under my condominium unitowners policy. I spoke with several people at State Farm as part of this claim. During the month it took to resolve the claim, I received poor service and advice from two claims adjusters in particular: Daniel B****** and his colleague Stacy (I don't know her last name).
