I had a great experience when talking to Joanne, a State Farm rep. She saved my daughter and I a great amount of money for our Auto insurance and home insurance. We were both satisfied and in awe with the amount of discounts that were applied!

Becca is always pleasant, and half the time when I call about an issue, she has already resolved it before I finish explaining. I can be a bit wordy and long-winded sometimes. However, they are a good team, and they saved me money on my car insurance. Who could complain about that?

I’m rather pleased with State Farm when it comes to them paying up because one of the insured rear ended me. His coverage paid for my rental for two weeks. It also covered the cost to repair my bumper and associated parts. I also want to Thank the customer service department because they didn’t treat me like a liar. When he called into the shop to report the claim on the day of the accident she was very nice to me too.

I am so upset and frustrated i had a house fire in December 3, 2023 and my house insurance was there saying in 6 to 12 month you will have your house back don't worry about anything. When everything started with the house my insurance approved twice for my quotes on rebuilding of my house and now that something came up with my foundation my old adjuster approved on it and that was in the beginning of September and the following week later I have a new adjuster and haven't heard from him for weeks and yesterday I was able to ... read more
