I have been with state farm for 17 years and I am very satisfied!!My state farm agent is Paul Davenport, he has done an excellent job.He answers all my questions and explains everything in detail.He is very professional and curtious.April 2 hit a dear,I was able to reach an agent right then.I was treated very well and was given compassion!!I would highly recommend state farm!!

Car insurance from state farm is worth every penny. My wife got hit and it totaled our car. I was prepared to battle with *** . They use them to appraise your vehicle. I didn't have too. They gave us a more than fair value. Total loss person that handled it outta Texas was excellent. Settled and paid in less than 3 weeks. Thank you princess from total loss.

State Farm agents do not seem to understand what asking for a quote means. I was shopping around for renters insurance and moving my car off my parents insurance. I asked for a quote for both and they then proceeded to treat the quote as if I had already agreed to purchase insurance from them. Seems like a hard sell tactic to me and I do not apperciate it. 3 stars because they were the best quote in the end, but still, so rude.

Ms. Fida Yasin is so kind, resourceful, knowledgeable, personable, and funny. It seems like we knew each other from years before. And, this was the first time we spoke about policy at State Farm. It was like talking to one of my friends with knowledge of State Farm policy and procedures. It was easy to transfer all of my policies to State Farm, because of Ms. Fida's personality, knowledge, and respect to listen to her clients. I was in an auto accident and they are refusing to pay lost wages. On August 15th 2022 2 had given my current employer my resignation. I was supposed to start my new position October 3rd 2022. On August 30th I had my auto accident. I had broken my ankle and injured my shoulder On September 6th my primary had put me on unable to work.
