I had an issue and needed to have roadside assistance for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the online app would not take my policy number. I ended up calling my agent to confirm that I did have the coverage and was given the proper policy number to input for roadside assistance however the app still did not work for me. I ended up having to call and speak with a person, I didn't get her name but she was absolutely delightful! We had a very bad phone connection and she continued to help me throughout, confirmed all my information and got everything set up for my tow. She was patient to a fault! And I super appreciate the help as I was more than a bit flustered. 10/10
