We had an auto policy with State Farm which we cancelled on 9/10/25 and was owed a fund. I called the Home Office as my agent instructed me to after 5 pm. The first representative I spoke with said she could not pull me up in the system w/o my policy#. So I hung up with her. I then called back and spoke with a Representative, Javon. I had a great experience when talking to Joanne, a State Farm rep. She saved my daughter and I a great amount of money for our Auto insurance and home insurance. We were both satisfied and in awe with the amount of discounts that were applied!

I spoke with John who says he was fairly new to the company , he had great customer service very kind , efficient and for being new he knew exactly what to say and how to say it! Big help and will be recommending State Farm to my family

Becca is always pleasant, and half the time when I call about an issue, she has already resolved it before I finish explaining. I can be a bit wordy and long-winded sometimes. However, they are a good team, and they saved me money on my car insurance. Who could complain about that?
