I have been with State Farm for years, and thought the pricing was great by getting the discount of using the beacon. But the rubber really met the road when I was in my first car accident recently at the ripe old age of 54. State Farm had a tow truck onsite within an hour, they reserved/paid for a rental car for me and the person I hit, and they had the entire claim processed within 72 hours. I will never even consider any other insurance company because of how responsive their team was when it counted the most.

Its been four months since I hit a deer with my truck. Not much damage to the truck except the air bags deployed. Because of that, state farm totaled my truck. They gave me a very good, fair market price for the truck. The adjuster that handled my claim was helpful. Returning all calls within a day. I am very pleased with the way they handled my claim.

I was given a quote on my auto policy, I spoke with a lady by the name of Marra she was very knowledgeable, professional & nice . She helped me switch from my previous company.. I should be saving quite a bit of money

We had an auto policy with State Farm which we cancelled on 9/10/25 and was owed a fund. I called the Home Office as my agent instructed me to after 5 pm. The first representative I spoke with said she could not pull me up in the system w/o my policy#. So I hung up with her. I then called back and spoke with a Representative, Javon.
