I’ve honestly only had one interaction with state farm so far. My car was totaled by a state farm insured a few weeks ago, they were at fault. I recently received the letter from her company (state farm) asking me to reach out. I called the number today and got the nicest and most personable representative on the phone. Nathan S****** did an outstanding job in educating me on the benefits and better coverages on my homeowners insurance and auto insurance offered by State Farm compared to what I was getting with *********** and was able to save me $1200 with lower deductibles with better coverage. I belong to State Farm in ******** with Phillip pool and all I can say is they are awesome I been with them for a minuet for the most part paid my bill on time with a couple hiccups here and there. Today I got home from work hands full of groceries and food from work.
