I wish everyone had it as easy as it was for me, dealing with taking care of my car claim. The only hiccup was dealing with the rental car company, *****, I had taken my car to the shop that afternoon and my claim agent said ***** will pick you up in roughly 4 hours. I then called the ***** and the person who answered said that there will be no pickup until tomorrow! My experience with State Farm has been excellent. I have the greatest agent in Tori and I have the best coverage. Tori has gone through the accident process with me every step of the way. This was my very first accident claim and Tori put my fears to rest thank you so much for making it easy on me. Now I can get car fixed. This company is great. I got hit by someone with no insurance and State Farm took care of me. I’ve got great coverage. Thanks again. I recommend State Farm to as many people as I can.

I can't express how pleased l am with State Farm in Portland, TX. I have been a client of this specific office for about 7 years and couldn't ask for a more responsive and kind group of people than those there. Keisha is fantastic! My business has and will only continue. I started with one car, then went to two. Recently I added my home. State Farm is extremely responsive if there is a problem. Thank you again and always.

I’ve honestly only had one interaction with state farm so far. My car was totaled by a state farm insured a few weeks ago, they were at fault. I recently received the letter from her company (state farm) asking me to reach out. I called the number today and got the nicest and most personable representative on the phone. State Farm has an absolute Gem named Dawn at the Lincoln Village location. She was calming and very kind. I truly mean the 5 stars for State Farm. I feel very protective with their insurance with car and rental. Thank you again!!

Nathan S****** did an outstanding job in educating me on the benefits and better coverages on my homeowners insurance and auto insurance offered by State Farm compared to what I was getting with *********** and was able to save me $1200 with lower deductibles with better coverage. All of my extra questions that I had were answered even when I needed him to go over some of them 3 times.
