State Farm agents do not seem to understand what asking for a quote means. I was shopping around for renters insurance and moving my car off my parents insurance. I asked for a quote for both and they then proceeded to treat the quote as if I had already agreed to purchase insurance from them. Seems like a hard sell tactic to me and I do not apperciate it. 3 stars because they were the best quote in the end, but still, so rude.

Ms. Fida Yasin is so kind, resourceful, knowledgeable, personable, and funny. It seems like we knew each other from years before. And, this was the first time we spoke about policy at State Farm. It was like talking to one of my friends with knowledge of State Farm policy and procedures. It was easy to transfer all of my policies to State Farm, because of Ms. Fida's personality, knowledge, and respect to listen to her clients. Brenda at Wade Davis’ State Farm office has been very helpful. They made transitioning from ******** to ***** ******** very easy. We were able to get all of our new policy’s all set up. Thank you for everything. Everyone we have spoken to has been very helpful.

I have been a State Farm customer 30 yrs. I recently wanted to change my policy & had the best agent help me, Sean E***** from Tom’s River NJ. Very knowledgeable & respectful. I have been with State Farm Insurance for several years, and i have not had any reason to complain against their way of doing business.. They have always been there for anything that has came into my life.. They have been My Insurance for several cars and houses at one time or another. I was inflicted with MERSA once and was in the hospital for 64 days. This left me with the inability to remember anything for awhile.. This also left Me with the inability to walk.. I skimmed thru previous reviews left by others and I feel 100% opposite than what others have described. I have had the best experience with state farm. I have my vehicles and home insurance thru Deb Chabot from state farm and I could not possibly have even a comparable experience with any other organization. The team there is always happy and friendly, and genuine. I can not express enough how well I am taken care of by this agency. I truly appreciate Deb and her team working hard for my best interests. Thank you so much

I was in an auto accident and they are refusing to pay lost wages. On August 15th 2022 2 had given my current employer my resignation. I was supposed to start my new position October 3rd 2022. On August 30th I had my auto accident. I had broken my ankle and injured my shoulder On September 6th my primary had put me on unable to work.
