I have been with State Farm Insurance for several years, and i have not had any reason to complain against their way of doing business.. They have always been there for anything that has came into my life.. They have been My Insurance for several cars and houses at one time or another. I skimmed thru previous reviews left by others and I feel 100% opposite than what others have described. I have had the best experience with state farm. I have my vehicles and home insurance thru Deb Chabot from state farm and I could not possibly have even a comparable experience with any other organization. The team there is always happy and friendly, and genuine. I can not express enough how well I am taken care of by this agency. I truly appreciate Deb and her team working hard for my best interests. I wish everyone had it as easy as it was for me, dealing with taking care of my car claim. The only hiccup was dealing with the rental car company, *****, I had taken my car to the shop that afternoon and my claim agent said ***** will pick you up in roughly 4 hours. I then called the ***** and the person who answered said that there will be no pickup until tomorrow! My experience with State Farm has been excellent. I have the greatest agent in Tori and I have the best coverage. Tori has gone through the accident process with me every step of the way. This was my very first accident claim and Tori put my fears to rest thank you so much for making it easy on me. Now I can get car fixed. This company is great. I got hit by someone with no insurance and State Farm took care of me. I’ve got great coverage. Thanks again. I recommend State Farm to as many people as I can.
They take care of me and my vehicles pleasantly. I have never had a problem with them. They employ nice people that are very helpful.
