My car was in a minor accident, then not too long after that, i was in another accident that got my car totalled. I was anxious and worried about my financials, but state farm helped me very well and made it easy for me. They took care of everything and still gave me good rates. They really took care of me and im so glad i have them for my car insurance. I recommend them. Shout out to Jay at the claims department.

Carol ******and her awesome staff Ms. Christy, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Darby and the others that I’ve had an experience with are amazing crew. They have always been very courteous since my Mother and I and family signed up for insurance with them. They always go out of their way to help. The customer service courtesy is phenomenal! They are very professional. They also are good at reminding us of upcoming payments by emails or courtesy calls. Thank you all for all you do.

This review is based solely on the service received from the call center located in DuPont, WA. A family member was involved in an accident a week ago. I call the claim center to make sure everything is in order. I was fortunate to have Will helping me. He went above and beyond to assist me in a stressful time. I later received a call from his supervisor, Blair, and had a great conversation my experience. I'm grateful for both Will and Blair for the service they provided.

Just wanted to thank a very sweet lady that I met that at rouses off of Johnson Street across from Giles automotive that works for State Farm Insurance Agent chase Desormeaux I think she can bring a lot to the table for anyone that needs to have Insurance so give her a call at State Farm Insurance chase Desormeaux is her boss if I'm not mistaken I think her name is Rechelle she has a great personality that is out of this world.

Fair with my home damage claim,able to replace my roof and siding from hail damage. Very time consuming though process 2 months to complete but understand situations from storm. Adjuster treatment was excellent and personal .Adjuster was very fair in his estimate.
