I had an issue and needed to have roadside assistance for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the online app would not take my policy number. I ended up calling my agent to confirm that I did have the coverage and was given the proper policy number to input for roadside assistance however the app still did not work for me. Ed ********* and his team are the best in our area when it comes to service. They answer the phone and follow-up promptly when needed. They are knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. State Farm has been our insurance co. for years and thankfully so.

They always took good care of my elderly father in law who had this insurance while he was alive. Upon his death, instead of sending a final bill to my grieving husband and I (something other companies did), they sent us a beautifully printed copy of his obituary with a lovely psalm on the back (he was a christian) along with condolences and automatically closed the account. 2 major claims in last 11 years. Agent, claims adjuster and claims liaison were amazing. Settled in less than 48 hrs an consistently guided us to protect our own interest. No problem contacting any of them.

My car was in a minor accident, then not too long after that, i was in another accident that got my car totalled. I was anxious and worried about my financials, but state farm helped me very well and made it easy for me. They took care of everything and still gave me good rates. They really took care of me and im so glad i have them for my car insurance. I recommend them. Shout out to Jay at the claims department.

Carol ******and her awesome staff Ms. Christy, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Darby and the others that I’ve had an experience with are amazing crew. They have always been very courteous since my Mother and I and family signed up for insurance with them. They always go out of their way to help. The customer service courtesy is phenomenal! They are very professional. They also are good at reminding us of upcoming payments by emails or courtesy calls. Thank you all for all you do.
