Rude claim inspector, look for two minutes than stated I see very little cliam here. First inspector slow but nice. She was though in look at damage. Stated this should be covered. Never herd from her again. Two month later after completing to local office got a call fro the rude inspector. This lost wasvin April and to this day I have not received a single piece of paper from State Farm on the claim.

State Farm insurance will not allow for correction of many repair errors by c**** ********* which is on their list of preferred repair facilities. Complained to the shop and they will not correct, contacted clsaims representative and they seem to listen to body shop and not me, the client. Does not seem to be a real resolution, attorney general cannot help and lawyers will not help as they cannot make enough money. Meantime we have suffered diminished value of what was an excellent car with low mileage.

I had a policy with State Farm that I could no longer afford, however, I aske whether the company could work with me and they refused. I asked them to terminate it and return the cash value to me. I was informed that this would take up to two weeks. I also asked them to return it via direct deposit. It has been over a month and I am still waiting on my money. Horrible! Paid extra for roadside assistance. Used it 4 times over a 3 year period d/t battery dying. Received email stating they were dropping me and would no longer insure my cars due to "too many claims". I had no claims other than roadside assistance. They gave me no warning that this would happen if I used the service I was paying extra for. I would have just kept my *** policy instead of paying for State Farm's scam if I realized they expected me to pay them but not actually utilize their service. Their loss. I will pr... read more

I have been a customer of State Farm Insurance over three years. The company has continually increased my auto insurance premiums several times I am concerned I am being overcharged. One year it was increased twice without a traffic violation. No notification has explained the increase. Other customers are having the same issues with increase of premiums I have not received a senior citizen discount either as a safe driver.

I've paid for State farm for a little over 3 years now I've never had a claim and now that someone has hit me and I have to have a claim they offer me thousands less than my car is worth I pay the extra rental insurance I'm about to lose my rental and be without a car and I can't get a hold of anybody terrible business would not recommend them

My vehicle was stricken by a State Farm insurer. I had a proper documentation, photos and video of the incident and the person who struck me admitting to fault. I then proceeded as such to complete repairs with my vehicle. A link was sent to me to pick a variety of auto repair shops to complete the needed repairs for my car. They do not make canceling your policy an easy task. Even if you notify customer service that you would like to cancel and provide the Declarations Page of your current policy, they still ignore your communications and insist you must pay to maintain the policy [you explicitly told them you don't want]. I think that you're better off with an insurance company that doesn't assign agents to customers.
