Absolutely awful. I've had ********and **** for years. I switched to State Farm because their bundled quote was very competitive. I found out why, within two months. I filed a water insurance claim because a pipe in the basement shower burst. State Farm denied the claim as pre-existing damage. The adjuster ignored us for weeks, no correspondence. Overpriced DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! LORI EMCH State Farm in Dillon, CO My husband has been paying this agency for 41 years for his $250,000 universal life policy. He paid $478 per year or $19,598 over that time period. On or around July 25, 2025, he received a notice from the agency stating that this was a NOTICE OF POTENTIAL LAPSE. State farm is on your side. Is it false, accurate and a false logo?! They should change their logo to. We are not on your side and we want to keep our money! The way I've been handled trying to get this mold claim is ridiculous especially when I have not been in my house since the 15th. I was told I didn't have mold coverage. Then I was told I did have mold cartridge that was told I was not covered because it was visible. Do not waste your money! Please read before you buy! State Farm does not cover anything so why pay them a dime? You’re not saving anything by using State Farm - in fact you’re wasting your money. All I ever asked State Farm to do is exactly what was stated in my policy. Exactly what we agreed to. Nothing more. Nothing less. I paid every bill on time, had multiple policies with them, and I assure you had paid them far, far more than they ever paid me in claims. State farm is horrible, they overcharge and they screw you out of your last payment. I would recommend them to nobody and I will never deal with them again. Please save your money and your sanity and get insurance elsewhere.

do not trust state farm with your insurance needs. my policy was not renewed. I did not know my family was without insurance for 3 days. I looked on my app, no policy. I called, local state farm agent had to call national and ask them what happened. Local agent said State Farm sent me a letter beginning of July 2025 stating they are not renewal my policy due to, to many comprehensive claims in last 3 years.
