The reps are nice enough, but the claims process was unnecessarily grating. I had to take off work to get an estimate (instead of using an app), and then they told me I would get a digital payment that never came. Is this just a way to buy time? Reps are incapable of helping. Horrible claims process; I will never willingly do business with them.

Rental insurance is terrible do not waist your money, put in for water damage which lead to black mold in a fourty year old apartment , was denied because they said pictures show water marks or damage on wall of room that furnace is in which caused flood because apartment upstairs condensation hose was plugged, water came from front of closet not back was old from something else that could of happened within that forty year span. **I am the policyholder for a 2015 Chrysler 200s . I am very dissatisfied with how my policy has been handled. I clearly asked the operator for the most affordable minimum coverage, not full coverage, yet I have been charged for full coverage without my consent. My premium started at $140–160, rose to $175–177, was lowered to $155, and now suddenly increased to $196. dropped a 94 year old lady's home owners insurance after 40 years. she had filed " zero " claims
The worst Insurance ever. They had dropped me 3 years ago over animal hit my car on a highway at 4am in the morning. It was still night out. My parents had put me on their insurance through this company and then they drop them too because of the accident. This company will drop you over anything. Their not for the people. They are for their own business. A big scam.
Had insurance with this company for decades and after two unplanned floods on my house, they canceled my homeowners so I switched all of my insurance that they had. They had my home and my automobiles. I switched them all. After telling them to stop them on a certain date, they still went ahead and charged me for the next month, messing up my finances And when my house did flood one of the worst times of my life, the insurance company was extremely hard to work with. I will definitely not be going back.
Worst car insurance company I've ever had. I was with them for a long time and so was my mom. We both left them. They raised my car insurance rates every month. Sometimes by $3, sometimes by $10. It was ridiculous. When I asked why, they said 'rates changed' and it was out of their control. Rates changing monthly is ridiculous. My rates don't change monthly with P**********. They also didn't with G****. Hmmmm, makes you wonder!
The office manager (the prime agent’s daughter) is just bitter and extremely rude - and this is from a family that has held policies with this particular agent for over 50 years. If you want to go with State Farm, look for another local agent.
