They left me on the side of the highway and told me I had to figure it out. First it took an hour to get it to me. Then they sent the tow truck to the wrong address. So the tow truck driver told me he can't get me gas. And he was literally one block away.they called back one hour later. They told me they sending somebody else. My body shop submitted the necessary information to State Farm Claims for additional approval, but State Farm dragged its feet, waiting until the very end of the repair process while invoices piled up. The dispute is over the labor time for the quarter panel, which required much more work once the paint was removed and the underlying damage was exposed. I’ll try to keep this as brief as possible. Been a State Farm customer since I was 19 - I’m 52 now. My roof was damaged about 4 years ago in a Texas storm - baseball sized hail. Got a $30k quote from a reputable local roofing company. Started the claim with State Farm and they offered well below my 1% deductible. I fought it, and they wore me down and I gave up. I am a disabled veteran. I have never filed a claim with state farm Stacey Engles from Newark Ohio. i cancelled my insurance. my premium was 726.00. i cancelled my insurance on September 9, 2025. the due date was September 12, 2025. they refunded me 688.00. when i called to ask why they said that's all the money your due. Absolutely awful. I've had ********and **** for years. I switched to State Farm because their bundled quote was very competitive. I found out why, within two months. I filed a water insurance claim because a pipe in the basement shower burst. State Farm denied the claim as pre-existing damage. The adjuster ignored us for weeks, no correspondence. I even had an inspection report from six months prior. I talked to a lawyer about a bad faith lawsuit. The lawyer said it's likely to win, but the cost of the suit is roughly the co... read more

Overpriced DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! LORI EMCH State Farm in Dillon, CO My husband has been paying this agency for 41 years for his $250,000 universal life policy. He paid $478 per year or $19,598 over that time period. On or around July 25, 2025, he received a notice from the agency stating that this was a NOTICE OF POTENTIAL LAPSE. State farm is on your side. Is it false, accurate and a false logo?! They should change their logo to. We are not on your side and we want to keep our money! The way I've been handled trying to get this mold claim is ridiculous especially when I have not been in my house since the 15th. I was told I didn't have mold coverage.
