Do not waste your money! Please read before you buy! State Farm does not cover anything so why pay them a dime? You’re not saving anything by using State Farm - in fact you’re wasting your money. State farm is horrible, they overcharge and they screw you out of your last payment. I would recommend them to nobody and I will never deal with them again. Please save your money and your sanity and get insurance elsewhere.

do not trust state farm with your insurance needs. my policy was not renewed. I did not know my family was without insurance for 3 days. I looked on my app, no policy. I called, local state farm agent had to call national and ask them what happened. Local agent said State Farm sent me a letter beginning of July 2025 stating they are not renewal my policy due to, to many comprehensive claims in last 3 years. A man backed onto the street, hit my car and left insurance info with the police, after he got a ticket. It took state farm 2 weeks to figure out who was at fault. Then they refused to pay me electronically and said they sent a check. They sent a letter that said the money went to my repair shop. I never gave them the name of a repair shop. I had to file a claim on my insurance because the state farm claims depart of ohio is scandalous.

We've been a customer of State Farm for 40 years. Their underwriters want me to get rid of my dog since she was involved in an incident. Since getting rid of my nearly 10 year dog is not an option, they are canceling my policy. BUT since they can't get in touch with the person my dog bit, we cannot get another policy through another company. We've been told for weeks, give it another week. I am helping my elderly Mother with her claim. She had some water damage from a water line on the back of her refrigerator. They denied coverage! I called this office to speak to Doug Taylor but of course he is never available. A women told me she was an agent and could help me. I did not get her name. My mistake.
