The worst Insurance ever. They had dropped me 3 years ago over animal hit my car on a highway at 4am in the morning. It was still night out. My parents had put me on their insurance through this company and then they drop them too because of the accident. This company will drop you over anything. Their not for the people. They are for their own business. A big scam.

Had insurance with this company for decades and after two unplanned floods on my house, they canceled my homeowners so I switched all of my insurance that they had. They had my home and my automobiles. I switched them all. After telling them to stop them on a certain date, they still went ahead and charged me for the next month, messing up my finances And when my house did flood one of the worst times of my life, the insurance company was extremely hard to work with. I will definitely not be going back.

Worst car insurance company I've ever had. I was with them for a long time and so was my mom. We both left them. They raised my car insurance rates every month. Sometimes by $3, sometimes by $10. It was ridiculous. When I asked why, they said 'rates changed' and it was out of their control. Rates changing monthly is ridiculous. My rates don't change monthly with P**********. They also didn't with G****. Hmmmm, makes you wonder!

The office manager (the prime agent’s daughter) is just bitter and extremely rude - and this is from a family that has held policies with this particular agent for over 50 years. If you want to go with State Farm, look for another local agent.

We were hit by a deer we had full coverage with our four vehicles. We own all four vehicles. We took our 2016 GMC Yukon Denali to get three estimates from cascade, martins and a local shop all of which quoted the damage for around 9,800.00. We submitted photos within the State Farm app and uploaded these three estimates. A couple days later State Farm came with an estimate of 3,000 and our deductible is 1,000. So in the long run they would only be giving us 2,000 to fix something three shops quoted at 9,800.00. Please please... read more

Zero stars…. State Farm’s claims department has an unacceptable customer service. First, the representatives I’ve spoken with have been unprofessional and disrespectful. On the phone, I was spoken to in a manner that showed a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. This type of treatment is not only unprofessional but also deeply frustrating during an already stressful situation. Recently filed a claim on my RV awning. They would not honor the quote that the repair shop sent them. They instead haggled them down on the repair cost, and then sent them less than the amount required. They also sent a third of the cost directly to me for some reason, which I had to take down to the repair shop myself. All in all it took about 2-1/2 months to get my rig fixed. Summary: Errors in updating my policy left my vehicle uninsured, with no follow-up or accountability from the agency. I’ve been a customer since 2020 and historically had positive experiences.
