State farm is horrible. They are lazy rude and good luck getting your money after an accident. They just take your money They don't pay out. They are absolutely awful..
Worst company ever! I paid premiums for 11 years without a claim, tried to file a claim after significant damage from hail and they wouldn’t cover it. Poor customer service
Terrible experience. Car has been in the shop over 1 month They report they have been contacting us with an interpreter - this is false They also were NOT calling the phone number associated with the claim either. Claims agent was extremely rude and not knowledgeable DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Don't buy insurance with state farm they are full of Lie's and will not pay you if you get hit by their insured they are the worst insurance company cause Inez J****** is a regulative little girl In her own personal feelings.
Their driver wrecked my car they would not fix my car they trying to blame it on someone else when it was their driver for 11-82R9-85T drunk driver, they won't fix my car this is sad, if you with them you need to find someone else and if you're not with them don't never get with them
Worst company. After approving a claim and telling me to get my vehicle fixed, they only sent partial payment and gave no reasoning as to why they won't pay the claim out. Customer service is awful. I was actually told I could not speak to anyone else about my claim. There simply is no one else to speak to. They shouldn't be able to approve and tell the customer to get the work done and then not pay the approved claim.
Been with them 20 yrs and all of a sudden my rate jumps from 145.00 a month to over 300.00 a month in 1 year..crooks
State Farm dropped my coverage after 38 years once a tree fell on my lakehouse.
