If I could leave no starts, I would. This company dropped one of my policies for a claim made that it subsequently denied, and paid out nothing for. The underwriter refused repeated requests for review of our policy. Bye Bye State Farm! Steer Clear!!!!!!

I've had State Farm for approx. 3 years. 238.00 a month for three vehicles. Not a bad monthly payment. I received a speeding ticket back in August 2024. State Farm raised my payments 200.00 a month. I would say they wanted to rip me off. I just changed to G**** for three vehicles a monthly payment of only 208.00. Bye State Farm. Don't waste your money with these people.

If I could give this insurance company zero stars, I would. Their website claims they’re “in the business of helping people,” but they certainly didn’t help me—not even close. I own a small business with a fleet of about 15 drivers. One of our vehicles was rear-ended by a State Farm-insured driver, causing significant damage. State Farm deemed our vehicle a total loss and offered a payout that was $5,500 less than what we owed. state farm does whatever they want and give customers no recourse. 25 years later and I can't wait to cancel my policies. The absolute worst service ever. The local agent is nothing but a sales person. The claims people don't care. They took my vehicle from the tow yard and moved it 3 hours away without telling me. Then said could empty the vehicle and send everything or deliver the vehicle back to me. They decided without telling me to empty the vehicle and they are also sending it back for me to empty. I have had Statefarm for years and I have never been so disappointed and frustrated in my life. I was in an accident on December of last year, because of the accident, I've had to go to the ER for whiplash, had knee injections and surgery on my hand and wrist. I am still under doctors care because the hit was so hard. It took them forever to get my car fixed and now they are telling me for all my pain and suffering they want to give me $4000, my surgery is more than that. Dealing with StatFarm for a fire claim that happened in my home. I was tasked to get a tax and demo for from StatFarm to be filled out. I went to the treasures office at City Hall to get proof I do not owe any property taxes to only have them tell me the system is down and that I would have to pay $37 for their form because they cannot use the form StateFarm provided. For 13 days , I have been on the phone over a total of 8 hours being LIED to by many people about my claim. I have been with State Farm for over 50 years but that will terminate soon. I have been scolded by Elisha, and lied to by Dave, Charlotte, Juan, among many others including Sean D*****. Contacted this company through Bri Bosch Agency and I was going to actually get them to ensure me. Gave them information and told them what day date to actually start the process confirmed the date several times with the agent he repeated it several times and confirmed it but when we hung up, he went ahead and started it right then and there well all it did was mess up my financial account that I went through. We have been State Farm customers for over 30 years. We’ve always paid our bill on time and in good faith. In March of 2025, the area that we lived in had a bad storm with hail and tornado activity. We are talking close to 3 inches in size. The hail was big enough to bust out my neighbor‘s windows of his bathroom.
