Incredibly unprofessional. When deciding on my claim StateFarm claims officer, Maurice T******* sided with the offender who had caused me a rather serious auto accident, only because, as they stated, they "felt" his testimony was more expressive than mine. When I called Mr. T******* out on relying on his "feelings" rather than factual data and questioned why I was the only one required to submit more documentary evidence but not the other driver, he ended the conversation and hung up on me. Filed a claim a week and some change. Called numerous times and they still haven’t provided an estimate for my Truck. The truck is apart of my business and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. 10 out of 10 would scream DO NOT SIGN WITH STATE FARM!!!!

I have had insurance with State Farm for almost 20 years. I tried to get them to work with me on price. When they wouldn't, I got a quote with p********** and it was half what they were charging me. I informed them of the difference and they still wouldn't work with me.

State Farm tried to scam me. They falsely told me I had to add my teenage son to my auto policy “by law” just because he has a license and lives with me — even though he doesn’t drive my car. That’s not true, and several other insurance companies confirmed it. When I switched providers, they stopped answering my calls and never confirmed the cancellation. Dishonest, manipulative, and unprofessional. Never again.

If I could leave no starts, I would. This company dropped one of my policies for a claim made that it subsequently denied, and paid out nothing for. The underwriter refused repeated requests for review of our policy. Bye Bye State Farm! Steer Clear!!!!!!

I've had State Farm for approx. 3 years. 238.00 a month for three vehicles. Not a bad monthly payment. I received a speeding ticket back in August 2024. State Farm raised my payments 200.00 a month. I would say they wanted to rip me off. I just changed to G**** for three vehicles a monthly payment of only 208.00. Bye State Farm. Don't waste your money with these people.

If I could give this insurance company zero stars, I would. Their website claims they’re “in the business of helping people,” but they certainly didn’t help me—not even close. I own a small business with a fleet of about 15 drivers. One of our vehicles was rear-ended by a State Farm-insured driver, causing significant damage. State Farm deemed our vehicle a total loss and offered a payout that was $5,500 less than what we owed. state farm does whatever they want and give customers no recourse. 25 years later and I can't wait to cancel my policies. The absolute worst service ever. The local agent is nothing but a sales person. The claims people don't care. They took my vehicle from the tow yard and moved it 3 hours away without telling me. Then said could empty the vehicle and send everything or deliver the vehicle back to me. They decided without telling me to empty the vehicle and they are also sending it back for me to empty.
