If i could give ZERO stars, i would. I had a bathroom faucet cause sudden and significant water damage while i was away for the weekend. The professional home inspection i had done a few months prior doesn’t mention that faucet, so it was obviously a sudden and unexpected thing. So I filed my FIRST and ONLY claim, and it took these sloths over a month before they FINALLY decided to NOT pay for ANY of the damage, citing “wear and tear” of the faucet. I am filing this review to share my direct experience with State Farm. After purchasing my home, I discovered major issues including flooding, septic failure, and structural concerns. I filed claims with State Farm, provided documentation such as photos, inspection reports, receipts, and contractor invoices, and cooperated fully with multiple adjusters. Involved in an auto accident with one of their customers on 8/23/25, who was found at 100% fault on 8/26/2025. My car was towed to one of their repair shops on 8/28/25 for determination if it is repairable or not and I was told that no determination has been started because they could not verify the title as of 9/8/25, even though the VIN number was correct. I have been with them several years and liked the people personally then came claim time. Lots of run around and not being able to get in contact with people in a timely manner. I called to ask questions about contractors and wasn't able to get info needed. Had a new roof put on and it wasn't as good a shingle as previously put on. As far as I know it looks good. I feel like state farm should have been more involved and as quick as they are about pulling money out of my account.

The reps are nice enough, but the claims process was unnecessarily grating. I had to take off work to get an estimate (instead of using an app), and then they told me I would get a digital payment that never came. Is this just a way to buy time? Reps are incapable of helping. Horrible claims process; I will never willingly do business with them.

Got hit from the back tire my back undercarriage out I hit the brake to avoid any other cars an it was 100 percent the clients fault an they gave me 800 to fix my car something has to be done this is ridiculous terrible

Rental insurance is terrible do not waist your money, put in for water damage which lead to black mold in a fourty year old apartment , was denied because they said pictures show water marks or damage on wall of room that furnace is in which caused flood because apartment upstairs condensation hose was plugged, water came from front of closet not back was old from something else that could of happened within that forty year span. I clearly asked the operator for the most affordable minimum coverage, not full coverage, yet I have been charged for full coverage without my consent. My premium started at $140–160, rose to $175–177, was lowered to $155, and now suddenly increased to $196.
