I have had Statefarm for years and I have never been so disappointed and frustrated in my life. I was in an accident on December of last year, because of the accident, I've had to go to the ER for whiplash, had knee injections and surgery on my hand and wrist. I am still under doctors care because the hit was so hard. It took them forever to get my car fixed and now they are telling me for all my pain and suffering they want to give me $4000, my surgery is more than that. Dealing with StatFarm for a fire claim that happened in my home. I was tasked to get a tax and demo for from StatFarm to be filled out. I went to the treasures office at City Hall to get proof I do not owe any property taxes to only have them tell me the system is down and that I would have to pay $37 for their form because they cannot use the form StateFarm provided. For 13 days , I have been on the phone over a total of 8 hours being LIED to by many people about my claim. I have been with State Farm for over 50 years but that will terminate soon. I have been scolded by Elisha, and lied to by Dave, Charlotte, Juan, among many others including Sean D*****. Tonight I was now told that the request for Express ????had not been submitted correctly per John who was called by Collin on my behalf,so the car has sat there since 6/17. Contacted this company through Bri Bosch Agency and I was going to actually get them to ensure me. Gave them information and told them what day date to actually start the process confirmed the date several times with the agent he repeated it several times and confirmed it but when we hung up, he went ahead and started it right then and there well all it did was mess up my financial account that I went through. We have been State Farm customers for over 30 years. We’ve always paid our bill on time and in good faith. In March of 2025, the area that we lived in had a bad storm with hail and tornado activity. We are talking close to 3 inches in size. The hail was big enough to bust out my neighbor‘s windows of his bathroom. It was so bad that I had roofers in my driveway the following morning, wanting to climb up on my roof and give me quotes. We hadn’t even had a chance to see the roof yet. Well, it seems State Farm are actually neighbour's from h*** and will not be there for you. If you're looking for insurance that you can rely on when accidents happen, don't choose State Farm. They kicked us off auto insurance after an accident and didn't even have the courtesy to call and let us know. Honestly, after reading all the far worse bad reviews and complaints we're lucky to escape them. My kids flooded the bathtub. I didn’t think much of it.. 5 days later I noticed that the seller had flooded and there was 2 feet of water down there and everything was damaged. I assumed that the water in the seller was the reason for the staircase, swelling up and separating. I never really go down there so I don’t even know how long the water was sitting there from the broken water tank. I called my insurance State Farm. My house sustained roof damage from hail. Over 250 photos were submitted showing the damage. Several of my neighbors received new roofs from their insurance companies but not me. I have had insurance with State Farm for over 40 years this is how they appreciate me.

State Farm has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever had insurance with in 50 years. Apparently it counts against your rating to call for a tow or when a rock hits your windshield on the road. Why have insurance and pay thousands to them for nothing? Go somewhere else if you are thinking about getting insurance from them.
