I paid a hvac company to inspect my boiler after it burnt up they found the thermostat was struck by lightning. State Farm decided that they would hire their own company to lie for them and say it was just normal wear and tear. I had to pay a contractor that was no way shape or form connected to me but they hire a guy who has an app on his phone with their questions on it hmmmm kinda fishy. So they tell me it’s not covered it’s just normal wear and tear. I wouldn’t have these scammers insure another thing as long as I live.

I am unsatisfied with my home insurance company, State Farm. I have filed two different claims documenting where I have water damage in multiple places to my home, and in each, my claim has been denied. I provided evidence showing the water damage, but in both cases the response was either, I didn't call in time or the damage didn't fit their definition of winn damage as the cause, yet I have water coming in the home and there is water damage. I have been with State Farm for a very long time. I own a home and I’ve had them turn me down to fix my house two times. I have hail damage to my roof and my siding and they go to the point that I’m $25 short of meeting the requirements for them to fix my house.

I got stricken by State Farm insured. I have been struggling to fix my brand new Audi. To the end they did not fix my sensors my car is beeping and cant drive. They saying I have to pay for that , but clearly insured hit me in back bumper where sensors are not working. they just agreed to fix my bumper. I have full video where she is slamming me to my back car. Horrible service

Pitiful company unqualified people working especially for car insurance and all the people in the main office are totally lost they make their decisions based upon hearsay

Roof and Interior damage to my home in Aug 2025. Roof inspection done. Inspector said I should be approved for a new roof. State Farm did not send anyone to check the damage inside my home. They (as always) deny every claim. The one denying it was a moron named Brandon *****. State Farm is a money hungry company, I am 75 years old and a disabled veteran. I take good care of my home. I have had State Farm for all of my cars and homes since I purchased my first home. I recently found out through my Mortgage company that I no longer had home owners insurance so I called State Farm to see what that letter was about. They said that since I filled 3 claims in a year that I was high risk so they dropped me and that I should have received a letter letting me know which I did not get any notification. AI sucks Again, AI sucks. When you call to make a claim because their policy holder hit you, even the agent has to go through the AI system. It doesn't understand what you say very well. You can say 'representative' as much as you want and it just reverts back to what it said before that. It is very inconvenient. AI sucks. We want to speak to real people! Without waiting 20 minutes for an agent to go through the AI process first! The agents themselves are nice but unable to do much without this AI system. Terrible customer s... read more

I have Cortney Tisdale as a State Farm agent and my problem started probably three months ago when I changed my payment date from the 28 thigh the month to the third of every month because that’s when I get paid and I would always pay my premium early anyways but every since I changed the date of which no one told me not to do this in there office I have had nothing but trouble with this State Farm has billed me so many different amounts since this happened it’s really rediculous I’ve called her office multiple times and one... read more
