If there was a zero ranking, I would provide it. My experience has been terrible. First, the rates increased without my knowledge. Second, I was in a recent accident and the claims department has been DEPLORABLE! It’s crazy how they want extra money but do nothing. I think that the State Farm insurance in Oxford Ohio is discriminating against people when they charge more for car insurance based on where you live!

This is the worst insurance company that I had to deal with in a long time. I received a auto quote from the insurance company for one price and paid half the day I agreed to policy then within a week State Farm increased the quote to additional $1200 which I callback to office and told them to cancel my policy. This was 7 days of auto insurance with State Farm and requested a refund. It is September 18th and I still have not received my refund back. Will never use them again for insurance.

Does not deserve any star. From the time I contacted them in early August , they have still not responded to nor send it to Underwriter. File has been passed from one handler to another. and no response so far would like to refer my case to an attorney in ********. 0 is what I would give them.

Does not deserve any stars after taking my banking information from them for overdrafting my account by not billing on the same date or billing too early. I had my bank dropped them a check every month for the past 8 months. The amount of the policy went up $3 and I was not informed. I called my local agent and gave them my debit card number to take out those $5 in fees. Thank you State Farm for making it easy for me to eliminate one company from my list. For anyone looking to obtain home insurances, please read this review first, it will help you decide. If you want an insurance company to do the right thing and actually pay claims, don’t look at State Farm, they will not pay you no matter what. A horrible scam insurance company. We've been trying multiple times to get a claim after my wife had a car crash accident, and yet they keep on stalling us just so they wouldn't pay for the damages. That insurance company is only good at recruiting customers, but once the customers need the money for some damages, they will keep on stalling as if we won't notice it. Definitely learned my lesson to not to get Statefarm Insurance in the future.

This is a terrible company. Our house flooded, water was up to our ankles throughout the house. We have been waiting for over 6 weeks now the only repairs they have even discussed are the floors and we can't even get that repair approved! They haven't even considered the walls and cabinets that were damaged. We pay extra for replacement value coverage on contents.
