I have State Farm Car insurance since 1990 .Road side service is horrible. I was on hold for almost a half hour. I locked my keys in my car. A fellow State Farm insurance holder also called. She was placed on hold. She had to leave to go pick up her children from school. State Farm never checked on me. I ended up calling a friend to pick me up so I could get my extra key.
I've been a loyal customer for state farm over 10 years now and suddenly I get a call from them that they are dropping my insurance because my husband got 2 speeding tickets 4 years ago. When I asked them to explain why that mattered they couldn't give me an answer or even wanted me to try to correct whatever is going on. I will never use state farm ever again.
What are you up too or hiding State Farm Insurance! I was watching television channel 252- Lifetime and 260 WeHD both State Farm commercial comes on - all in Spanish and no sub titles in English anywhere. So they told me to get the drivesafe device and my cars appear on the app, but it wont let me register them. Thats all good. I call to get the issue resolved and I have been on hold for 45 minutes!!!!! Who has 45 minutes to just be waiting on the phone because "all representatives are busy"... How many people do you have working for you?? 1? Come on. Every time I need something the wait is super long.
I was on hold for over an hour waiting to speak to State Farm about why they are taking so long to settle a claim. I was told on their recording I would hold 20 minutes. Utterly ridiculous. What terrible customer service. ZERO STARS!!!!
I contacted my agent to cancel my policy days ago. I had never experienced an insurance company like this before. Frankly the worst I’ve ever experienced! Incompetent agent office where those who process things are like a dictatorship bureaucratic underdeveloped country government, and those who interacted with customers can only submit requests on behalf of customers and wait. Worst insurance company Ever. I was hit by a guy who was 100% at fault. He was looking at his phone and admitted it to the police. He has state farm as do we. My vehicle is 4 months old with 6000 miles on it and they are insisting they will only pay for non-OEM part on a brand new vehicle. Run as fast as you can. Our body shop said they are always the hardest to work with;( It’s sad. We will be dropping asap.
Denied our claim, in spite of a plethora of evidence. We had a chimney fire; 3 adult household members saw the flames, plus 4 adult backyard neighbors. The damage to the chimney was extensive; a professional chimney company used a snake camera to documented the clearly visible damage. Very unresponsive and dismissive in regard to 100 MPH head on collision resulting in serious injury. Denied medical claims related to claim despite having 100K in PIP insurance.
