STATE FARM IS VERY NEGLECTIVE ABUSIVE DISCRIMITIVE AND FRAUDULENT. THEY ALLOWED A PERSON TO CLAIM FRAUDULENT ITEMS ON MY CLAIM THIS PERSON RECIEVED MORE MONEY THAN I DID WHEN SHE NEVER LIVED WITH ME. I WAS INJURED I HAD TO FIND A NEW PLACE TO LIVE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH HOSPITAL BILLS HOMELESS BECAUSE OF THE INCIDENT THEY CHOSE TO GIVE HER ALL MY MONEY RATHER THAN DO ME RIGHT I KNOW THEY TREATED ME DIFFERENT BECAAUSE IM TRANSGENDER.

I am disgusted by State Farm. I was in an accident two weeks ago in which their policyholder made an improper left turn, cutting the corner and striking my vehicle, causing damage. For two weeks I have waited and last week they told me they were waiting on police body cam footage. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star to be very honest. Been one month and 2 weeks since the decision and payout check which they messed up twice by butchering the name of payee. One agent in particular, not gonna mention who, in the claims department talks with mad attitude and doesn’t do his/her job, I don’t even know what to say since they sounded like someone of LGBTQ, tried to reissue the check and gave the right name this time, however, after 2 weeks since then and not getting the check and upon calling, another agent says th... read more

Crooks adjustors refuse to allow damage claims will not allow for claims by people who have been through hail and winds tornados and hurricanes.

I have had the same policy for over 8 years, and got a crazy increase. I hadn't received any notice, it was paid, finally after a couple of months I investigated and found out much to my chagrin that I was not the primary driver for my vehicle, my 78 yo mother was. She hasn't driven since March, she had her own policy and a separate address. No one has been able to explain the truth as to how this happened. Their remedy so far is still not satisfactory.

Worst Insurance Company... Nothing but problems when I was hit by one of their insured and ended up with $200k in medical bills and tried telling me they where only paying $50k. Had to sue to get them to pay. Fast forward to now. Hit by one of their insured again. Offering me $4k less than my car is worth and the adjuster straight said you can take that or you can get a lawyer involved which will cost you 30% and you'll end up with less in your pocket so good luck with that. Called ifor a quote later received a bill for my car insurance then bill for renter insurance and a when I refused to pay the sent me a later of denial when I only wanted a quote. Beware of quotes!!!!

State farm never told me about a state CARCO inspection I had to do within the first couple of months of leasing my current vehicle. It took about a year later for my collision and comprehensive coverage to be taken away and state farm never told me I had to do one even though they said otherwise. I only found out last week when I got into an accident and filed a claim and the lady told me I had no collision coverage. The Dirty Secrets of State Farm Claims Department. STATE FARM WILL NOT OFFER YOU A FAIR SETTLEMENT! Claim #********* This is my experience. There was never a problem.
