Uninterested in the truth in claims. They are happy to intentionally obstruct claim investigations to lower their liability. They refused to call during times we've detailed as available, disregarded the correct phone number, and told our insurance we were unwilling to offer information or pick up the phone. Refused to cover full foor replacement after 2 tornadoes hit within 5 miles. Had I had **** or ***********, I would had a full roof replacement like my neighbors. I really want to take them to court for my remaining cost I paid out of pocket.
This company is extremely unprofessional, they don’t return any calls from me or my insurance company to help resolve the matter that them & their customer had put me in. They made the mistake of providing me with a rental car to accommodate me while my car was in the shop getting damage repairs due to the fact that their customer hit my vehicle. State farm did me dirty, they steered my wife to take off our liability and now an insurance company is coming after. Horrible insurance company.
State farm decided not to renew my auto policies because I made too many claims. I had to get my truck windshield replaced may 2023. safety lite pulled the old one and found 2 rust spots. OK. Now I gotta find a body shop. In the mean time I'm left with big hole & no windshield. They would not replace it until I had it fixed. The dude had nothing in his van to cover it up. Our catalytic converter was stolen. We did exactly what State Farm told us to do every step of the way. And after 10 months, it was clear that the part was not going to be available through Toyota and need it to be purchased by a separate company. We called state farm to get their agreement, which we thought we had. They told us they would pay the supplemental difference. Let me start off by their saying state farm is like a good neighbor goes only if you do not have any issues with them. Back in April our house was damaged by hail siding and roof. They are going to fix the siding but they are only giving us replacement cost for 15 tiles, screens and now has added extra for fixing our ceiling that now has a hole. I wish I could give a "less than one star" rating! My car was vandalized and I contacted my State Farm Agent, of over 15 years. I was told to look into having the window repaired at my own expense since the deductible was $500. Once Safelite examined it, it turned out that there was damage to the window motor and some minor body damage as well.
