I have been with State Farm for various cars, rentals, and homeowner insurance policies since I was about 17 years old and I’m currently 43. I have a perfect driving record and nothing ever happened in any of my homes that were my fault. In 2019, my car got broken into and it was a claim to homeowners. Last year, the condo, associations water meter leaked through my home causing damage and a second claim -2 things since 17 years old and again not MY FAULT, and they dropped me. You’re disgusting and it’s sick how popular you ... read more

Terrible to deal with. Brand new car less than a year old. They will only approve used parts and repair and reattach parts. Terrible communication and having to fight to get all the damages repaired.

My auto insurance was canceled by State Farm without any notice because my car is 2020 Kia Soul. I was covered from 12/09/2023 to 06/09/2024 but I was denied coverage of auto insurance on 02/11/2024. I was paying coverage of auto insurance from 12/09/2023 to 02/09/2024 and no knowledge or notice that this company canceled my coverage. So I'm driving without any coverage of auto insurance on my car. This had me in tears no one really care. State Farm and other companies like them should be investigated for rejected, canceled,... read more

I am wondering why my car insurance was not deducted from account on March 28, 2024. I call Scott Vi***** and he states my car insurance expired March 22, 2024. Stated that in January 2024, they contacted me and stated that I would no longer be covered under state farm. He also claims they text me. I did not receive any kind of nonfiction. Here it is now April 4, 2024, I am driving around with NO CAR INSURANCE. If I would have received this notification there is no way I would have ignored it. If I received a text message st... read more

Insurance suck when you file a claim, they are taking us in circles claiming they cannot contact their client instead of moving forward to the next step. They have us with a damage vehicle that is not fixed. Hope to hear from them soon without a car in Georgia.

State Farm is a Ponzi scheme, they have terrible rates. The agents got the bonus dropped years ago if they do not write new business they get nothing. They cheat to even write business. I worked for them for 20 years and all they have done is ripped me family off. Just totaled a 2022 Honda Accord was ripped off by the dealer and now State Farm makes me really hate insurance .

We recently had a flood due to a sewer back up, which in our insurance policy, it is covered. Most of the agents were great however, the adjuster that came to our home, basically tried to downplay the material that was on our floors. Our floors were epoxy floors which cost well over $8000, secondly she pretty much canceled the contractor that was supposed to come out and do the work to our home constantly trying to convince us to go with State Farm company when we told her that we did not want to go with State Farm company s... read more

I am moving from my current insurance company due to cost. State Farm was recommended so I submitted all my documents to the Baxter MN office, and I was upfront and told them I had a claim in 2023 for minor water damage due to the historic, record breaking 88 inches of snow received. The person handling my quote, Brian, asked me more info on my house, how many bedrooms, etc. mind you, he knew I had a claim on my house. After I wasted my time getting him this information, he tells me that their underwriters denied my applicat... read more

After paying in FULL one year home and six months auto I get a bill half way through my home policy for another $90.00 , they said it went up AFTER it was sent to the underwriters, is that not like going to a restaurant an ordering, eating a paying for the meal and getting to your car having someone from the restaurant approach you saying you owe more cause the price went up AFTER you placed your order. Guess I'll be shopping for home/auto ins.
