I had a claim state farm. Agent called LM me call back asap for claim. I called agent. He never called back. It took 1 month do get insurance money . I Spoke w another agent. She helped me get insurace Money. That's to her. She helped alot. I will never get State Farm again.

When I paid my premium, somehow it was never applied to my policy. Then they canceled the policy for lack of payment. I was never notified of the cancellation and drove around for three months not knowing they had canceled my coverage. When I discovered the error, they told me I was notified of the cancellation via text, even though they have not been able to produce said text. In addition, they still haven't refunded the $215 I paid toward my premium that was never applied to the policy. If these are "good neighbors," then ... read more

I was a customer with State farm for 20 years. Put in a single claim for my homeowners insurance after the cooper was stolen out of my air conditioning unit and they dropped me. Loyalty clearing doesn't get you anything with this company.

Have been loyal customer for over 40 years, have had renters, homeowners & car insurance. Have had 1 claim for hail damage to roof (insurance co replaced) & now tree hit my house. Happened last day of July, 2023. Took 6 weeks to get adjuster from State Farm to review damage, adjuster wasn't aware of internal damage even though I uploaded pictures of outside & inside damage with my claim on August 1st. I have my vehicle at the body shop at this moment my car was involved in a flood the car has mold all over the car and Osvaldo R******** told body shop that they need to vacuum water and return it back to costumer(me) mold is sickness especially I have a asthma and it’s very dangerous for me besides that every time I call State Farm they say we will send the adjuster to resolve the problem but since then State Farm hasn’t done anything The vehicle doesn’t turn on and State Farm didn’t do anything about that ether they expect... read more

My fiance has been a customer for years. When we got together I switched and went onto his insurance and I got a fair price. I got into an accident, haven't claimed it yet but the opposing driver tried and never finished it because what he was saying ended up being false. That was months ago. Pathetic company. I was involved in a car accident, and there was damage to the rear end. Now, 7 days post-accident, State Farm has not been able to figure out a way to get my car towed from the default towing lot to the collision center. They promised to do this in 4-5 days (which is already a long time). Instead, over the next 2 days, they could not figure out how they will cover the towing expenses, despite me paying hundreds of dollars for my luxury car insurance. Statefarm insurance doesn’t care about customers and lack accountability and empathy towards customers. They tried to strong arm me into totaling my vehicle less than the percentage allowed, even though at least $2000 threshold is still available to me. Now I’m m stuck with almost $3000 in repairs with no intervention from management. I truly believe the appraisers/ adjusters are in collusion with copart or wherever they take totaled vehicles to. They are very deceptive and misleading

I initiated an insurance claim on 12/20. I wrote a brief 2 sentence explanation of what I understood to be the problem (which I later found to be wrong). On 12/22 the adjuster, Richard, called and denied my claim without discussing the problem with my plumber. My plumber and I pushed to have a field adjuster meet and discuss the issue to assess if it was something that would be covered.
