If I could give 0 stars I would. They approved my claim and even though my car is paid in full they refuse to pay me for my damages. They discriminate towards woman as my fiancée had the exact same claim, same place same time same damage and they did his with no issues and have been giving me issues from day one. The worst insurance ever, they are good to take your money only
State Farm is absolute trash. Somehow I was selected for $10,000 deductible. And they won’t let you change it for 3 years which the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of.
They raised my premiums by double within a year and I have had no accidents or tickets. They are great about taking your money but when it comes to filling a claim don’t expect them to help or to do anything at all I have filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner. I have been discriminated against because I am a female and they are just TERRIBLE. If you want to escape a headache and actually have an insurance company there for you when you need them STATE FARM IS NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR YOU!
I have had State Farm Insurance for over 10 years both vehicle and home insurance. Always been on time will all my payments. Recently I had wind damage to my property and they denied my claim because they said they can’t see how wind would do that. State Farm provides you with the lowest settlement offer for your vehicle. We paid 15k less than 90 days ago for our sons car which was low mileage and in mint condition. He was rear ended at 45mph at a cross walk and totaled his car. We fought with State Farm to get a replacement payout for his car. The most they offered after a month of rejected offers was $11k. They have yet to pay anything for his medical visits. We have been with State Farm for 45 years and they are the worst. I would not recommend them.
My truck was recently stolen, the process at first was smooth as soon. Then I called to ask what steps were next. Statefarm at that point they immediately put a value well under fair market price on my vehicle. That lead me to having my rental period shortened. Once you dispute with them you must meet certain search criteria. Which they do not meet. That's like getting money out of an insurance company, I've always said.
Long time ago state farm was good never had issues with them now I'm trying to get a car with insurance thru them and they won't take it the insurance I'm with right now took it right away this is crazy
