Terrible company. They dropped by Auto Insurance because I had 2 windshield replacement claims on separate vehicles and 1 not at fault accident. I never missed a payment. Also, they are very expensive! Just another greedy company!

first of all, they declined my claim for a car that I just bought 30 days prior. Never got into an accident and made sure it had all its fluids. Well on my way to work early in the morning. There was a rain and all of a sudden white smoke/steam filled the cockpit causing me to pull over. I then had it towed back to the dealership I Bought it and they not only lied and said it wasn't there 3 times, but they never looked at it regardless. Fraudulent claim placed into Subrogation. Claim is for $4,002 on a homeowner's property insurance. The so-called pavilion firepit was not on the claimant's property but was in fact a road obstruction 15-20 feet from property line, well into the road East ******* **. Homeowners insurance does not cover items in a roadway, that violates Alaska encroachment laws. Claimant was also told by the M***** ******* to remove said road obstruction. Never in my widest dreams did I think something like having a new adjuster assigned to my claim would turn into such a nightmare. I'm sorry I made the decision to go with State Farm. Clearly they are a good neighbor when they are taking your money every month, but not when you need the insurance you paid for. Buyer beware!

50 years with state farm. No accidents that were my fault. Recently 2 of my bathrooms leaked. No other claims. Now I'm losing my homeowners insurance!!! This is ridiculous! I haven't had a claim in 20 years! Bad business!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a bad experience with Oscar Curiel. First off, you can't contact any other agent it has to be your specific agent, trying to contact mine was a challenge. I tried to first add my spouse on my policy, got no answer. Tried to cancel my policy, still no answer. Communication was sub par. It wasn't until I emailed that I finally got a response with them trying to change the policy which was too late. I've had three wrecks from state farms since 2016 and anytime I call a lawyer and not one lawyer tried to help me and I got injured and stuff stolen and assaulted not one time did state have filed a claim nor compensated me on anything

DO NOT GET IT!!!! State Farm did not call me when they decided to randomly drop me from auto insurance ! They said that I used the towing service that they provided for free too much!!! They pinged me for using the towing service! We are a one car family. When our car breaks down and we need it towed, we used insurance because that’s what came with it !!! They are a horrible company! Do not get this insurance ! They also had my address wrong in their system and would not fix it! Never use them! Switch immediately!
