Pathetic company. I was involved in a car accident, and there was damage to the rear end. Now, 7 days post-accident, State Farm has not been able to figure out a way to get my car towed from the default towing lot to the collision center. They promised to do this in 4-5 days (which is already a long time). Statefarm insurance doesn’t care about customers and lack accountability and empathy towards customers. They tried to strong arm me into totaling my vehicle less than the percentage allowed, even though at least $2000 threshold is still available to me. Now I’m m stuck with almost $3000 in repairs with no intervention from management. I truly believe the appraisers/ adjusters are in collusion with copart or wherever they take totaled vehicles to. They are very deceptive and misleading

I initiated an insurance claim on 12/20. I wrote a brief 2 sentence explanation of what I understood to be the problem (which I later found to be wrong). On 12/22 the adjuster, Richard, called and denied my claim without discussing the problem with my plumber. My plumber and I pushed to have a field adjuster meet and discuss the issue to assess if it was something that would be covered. State Farm Insurance Company does not do business in an organized fashion. There is absolutely nothing but chaos and confusion. From the beginning they couldn't keep the correct date of when my insurance bill was due. And then they couldn't keep the amount of what I owed each month straight. I've had state farm insurance for years on my property. Had a leak from inside the wall coming from upstairs and behind the microwave and stove. Called the plumber as it was a water fall coming down the wall. Had the wall torn out and plumber and restoration company both stated it was a sudden discharge of water, pipe broke. State Farm sent an adjuster and they denied the claim stating is was a ongoing issue and that the leak inside my wall was there for a long time. Insurance company supposed to make you feel safe and has me feeling not safe. Another driver hit me being there fault but they was no witnesses so State trooper put no fault, and the other driver had State Farm same as me but they had collision covered so they didn't even bother with me because I only had comprehensive even though I found a witness that proved my case. They just didn't want to pay out any more money

Insurance is nothing but State Sanctioned Protection Racketeering. My long-earned $51 monthly rate which took me 2 decades of earning through a perfect record has been undone in 3 years by State Farm. Every year for 3 years, my rate has raised by literally $10 a year, almost doubling at this point. In just a few years I'm now getting closer to a $90 monthly rate. Sometime around 2007, I, James P was involved in a car accident on I***** ***** Dr. in D******, GA. The collision occurred between my vehicle and another traveling in the opposite direction. Both cars sustained significant damage, and all parties, including myself, suffered injuries.
