My sister was heading south on a road in Colorado and the other driver was heading north and turning left at a stop light. The light turned yellow (it is legal to proceed through a yellow light in Colorado) and she proceeded through the intersection, and at that time, the other driver turned left into my sister. Statefarm is a joke when it comes to home insurance. They will do anything they can to denie a claim even with clear and present damage. They don't reply emails. They purposely drag their feet. They blatantly lie saying they will cover damages and the when the paperwork shows up. They pay for BS. There are plenty of better insurance companies that don't treat their client like garbage. I am very disappointed with their good neighbor commercial I have been a customer for more than 30 years. They drop my insurance because I have file 3 claims, what is the point of paying insurance if they are not there for you when you need them.

State Farm home insurance has a culture of deniability. I would give zero stars if it was an option. They denied a claim for our roof due to hail damage. A dozen homes around us had claims approved for repairs from the same storm, but different companies. Their field adjuster told us "State Farm has paid out too much money for roof damage and are denying most claims". They denied our claim and told us there was no hail. My car was totaled in an accident and I needed to purchase a new vehicle. I called to replace my old vehicle with the new vehicle. I was told that I was "all set" and the new vehicle was added to the policy and was issued temporary insurance cards. Several weeks later I called because I hadn't received the insurance cards in the mail. Again, I was told that I was " all set" and I would get them. The company is a joke. They don’t care about the people that pay for insurance with them. They need to get their act together before someone sues them. They don’t like taking responsibility when they’re in the wrong. They will tell the insured that they are in the wrong every time you make a claim. In one breath they will tell you we go be the stay laws on driving and in the next they will say out the state driving laws don’t matter.

State Farm is HORRIBLE. Leaks in roof and 2 bedrooms including my 1 year olds bedroom. TON of hail damage and State Farm is denying coverage stating wear and tear. Are you kidding me? Ive been with State Farm since i was 16. Worst insurance company.

Worst customer service ever. Absolutely 100% impossible to speak with someone.
