My agent is awesome and makes me feel like family, but the issue I do have is corporate’s policy of capping the roadside policy holders at 10 miles and passing people around that pay for roadside to avoid actually trying to help people is ridiculous. The have left me stranded twice up until today now they left me stranded 3times this last time has cost me almost $400 to get my truck towed home. State Farm is truly a NO star review. I am 62 y/o and been with State Farm since I was 16 y/o. I remember our agent coming to our house and talking to me about safe driving tips. It was a wonderful insurance company for years. When I was 20 y/o a very nice woman accidentally ran a stop sign and hit me on the drivers side back door. It was so frightening. I've been with State Farm for many years now and they recently sent me letter denying my Auto Insurance renewal just because I had 2 comprehensive claims in past 2 years. A deer came out of nowhere and hit my truck and the other was just a fender mender in a parking lot. So seems like State Farm don't want to Insure you but just want to fill their pockets and if you ever file a claim they're going to kick you out. Screw State Farm
I have now had my claim open for 1 year and 3 months for wind damage. They have denied my claim multiple times and the issue has gotten worst. I have had 5 different claims reps attached to my case just to get nowhere. Ive spend more than my deductible just by having people come out to keep putting the tarp back on my home. Multiple roofing companies come out to all of them having the same end results that my roof needs to be replaced not repaired. I own a body shop, and can't believe the level of disrespect from EVERYONE at State Farm Claims. The way they speak to customers is beyond me. Never would I have expected to deal with such unprofessional individuals. DO BETTER STATE FARM. Train your employees to give a ****...please!
I think this review is completely accurate, I have had auto insurance with State Farm for multiple years at least 5 to 6 years, they convince me that they were cheaper and they had better coverage but once I had one accident, they decided to drop my policy on the following anniversary date of my renewal. I will never ever use State Farm again anything, and I also will not recommend State Farm to anybody as well. State Farm is the most racist insurance company out there I am a black male that lives in K***** **** ******** I have never filed a claim and when I did they made me jump through hoops and still refused to honor my claim yet I am the only black house hold in my neighborhood but all of my white neighbors getting new roofs and they want to patch mine.I have had different roofing companies come out to give bids and take pictures and they all said I need a new roof but they send their adjuster out and deny my claim and my next d... read more
I have had a very bad experience with the StateFarm these days because they are so irresponsible for the mistakes or scams they made to me. My car was recently sent to repairing shop and the StateFarm as the insurer of the party at fault reserved a rental car with E*********. When I was dropped off at the car rental place, E********* gave me a compact car although my car is a Lexus SUV.
