First I get quoted for $500 then I get quoted for $1,000 and then I get quoted for $775. This place is a joke. It's all a scam to reel you in. They give you a good price and then Jack your rates up and then when you argue about him they try to split the difference. I would never recommend State farm to anybody at this point

I got into a car accident a few weeks back. State Farm was the insurance agency of the other driver. A claim was filed and neither myself or the other party received a phone call from them with updates on the claim status. I received a phone call from the Appraiser asking what occurred, I explained the situation and stated multiple times the other vehicle's brake and turn signal did not work. I did not hear back. State Farm denied my claim for a roof replacement, despite: 1. A qualified and experienced roofer saying I had hail damage and my roof is leaking. 2. A verified hail storm in summer, 2023 3. At least 4 roofs in my neighborhood were replaced after this storm in 2023 4. State Farm policy says I have two years to file a claim. In the last 15 years, State Farm has collect $25,000.00 dollars of my money in premiums. HORRIBLE insurance. I had full coverage on my car, I wrecked it and only had body damage on the front of my car, The damages were around $5000. They totaled my car even though my car was worth arounf 13,000, I had that car financed so I ended up with nothing. My mom got in a wreck way worse than mine and her insurance covered and fixed her car.. So I was paying for full coverage for nothing basically.. And don’t even get me started on their home insurance

Beware of this Insurance Company.They tell you a lot of lies and scam customers out of a lot of money.When I first sign up with them they charge me 3 different price on my auto every month after that they are nothing but quick.Cash Insurance Crooks for there pockets.

I have had State Farm a long time I canceled my vehicle insurance with them They pulled my payment out of my account twice I was charged two NSF charges After 7 days it should have showed I no longer have insurance with State Farm I spoke with two different people both told me to eat the NSF charges

Back in March of 07 2023 we were hit by a State Farm customer. We turned the claim in and wanted to be paid for our vehicle down time and they have not paid one cent. They have been figuring out ways to not pay with they owe. They even hired another attorney to figure out what they owe us and still have yet to pay us. If I could give them no stars I would,

From the time a Wind and Hail Claim started things were sketchy. State Farm sent a shingle from the home to their lab. It came back as another color and dimension. Upon discussion about this the desk adjuster was rude and basically not willing to listen. The shingle that was on the house had been documented with a sample kept and building contract. Had the worst time trying to get my assessment done on my 2 house roofs amd my vehicle after the hail storm this year. Took the truck to the state farm tent in A***** and they said I am early so I have to wait till my appointment time. There was nobody in the tent. I was the only one there. Pretty disappointed with the way they do business. The adjust ler came out to look at my roof and my rental roof which is exactly one block away.
