Horrible!!!!!!!......This company has given mena price to grab me in at beginning and the they raised my price $300.....then i called an got extra covergae so they would drop my xar insurance....when time came to pay 6 months car insurance....they said prices or deals didnt go through!!!!!!!.....i had purchased an new med insurance just so my xar insurance would go down but they said to me once again....your requests didnt go through so you have to pay higher insurance!!!!!!!!!!!! a scam of insurance!!!..believe me.....pleas... read more

I had a simple question about a refund check status. And since the situation was for both auto and home i didnt know which line to call. The first gentleman who helped me was very kind and understood where i was confused so he transferred me to underwriting (because of the home insurance had been cancelled by statefarm themselves). Like a lot of reviews, I've been a State Farm customer for decades. I put in one claim for some storm damage to my roof, gutters, soffit & fascia and not only did they low ball the repair costs (less than $2000 for 10K worth of repairs) so they could claim it didn't meet my deductible but a couple months after they denied the claim, they sent a letter saying I had to get the repairs done or they won't renew my contract when it's up. They used to be a good, honest insurance company but now they're a bunch of scam artists. ??

State farm is awful,when it's time to pay out you have to go through hoops with them. STATE FARM IS DEFINITELY A RIP OFF..

I don' think State Farm Insurance isn't completely honest with their customers , not loyal to them and don't keep their employees up to date on accidents that happen because of natural causes, which make customers think that a truly professional insurance company isn't really happening I wouldn't recommend State Farm to my worst enemy they've reached the point where they don't want their customers to file claims even after years of being a honest and loyal customer , I deserve a refund for all the years of insurance premiums... read more

On may 26th 2024 we were hit with a hail storm and both my vehicles had severe damage. My first vehicle was in the shop from june 11th thru august 2. At which time my car sitting not getting worked on because the comany would not send the appropiate amount of money to cover the claims. Over all i ended up having to spend almost 700.00 out of my pocket due to their lack of communication. I only got communication when I called and complained. RUN, RUN, RUN from Bill Davis and State Farm When I told Bill Davis’office what was happening,they didn’t even call me back. Our policy is VERY clear and easy to understand- Bill Davis is not backing up the product he sold us! Call the Nevada Department of Insurance if this ever happens to you. Upon checking their quarterly complaint reports that are public, State Farm has an ALARMING number of complaints. DO NOT use them if you want actual insurance protection. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. My girlfriend has been insured with State Farm for nearly 30 years, and has both car and home insurance. Well, this last Sunday the water line broke inside of the slab, and damaged both the carpet in one room, as well as the drywall. She was informed to get an estimate for replacing the water line ( which cost us $139.00 ), and we submitted the estimate. Now, they want an itemized cost analysis !!!....
