If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a bad experience with Oscar Curiel. First off, you can't contact any other agent it has to be your specific agent, trying to contact mine was a challenge. I tried to first add my spouse on my policy, got no answer. Tried to cancel my policy, still no answer. Communication was sub par. It wasn't until I emailed that I finally got a response with them trying to change the policy which was too late. I've had three wrecks from state farms since 2016 and anytime I call a lawyer and not one lawyer tried to help me and I got injured and stuff stolen and assaulted not one time did state have filed a claim nor compensated me on anything

DO NOT GET IT!!!! State Farm did not call me when they decided to randomly drop me from auto insurance ! They said that I used the towing service that they provided for free too much!!! They pinged me for using the towing service! We are a one car family. When our car breaks down and we need it towed, we used insurance because that’s what came with it !!! They are a horrible company! Do not get this insurance ! They also had my address wrong in their system and would not fix it! Never use them! Switch immediately!

BEWARE, DO NOT TRUST! This has to be the worst experience ever. They keep trying to charge my for insurance that I cancelled months ago. They are trying to scam everybody and you can tell they just don’t care.

They blame inflation for my policy going up over 300 dollars in a 5 months. I’m now paying just over 680.00 a month on 2 vehicles and home. All is a bundle package.

Low ball offer. Every time I've talked to them, I HAD TO CALL! HIGH PRESSURE TO SETTLE ON HORRIBLE CLAIM OFFER. TRY TO TALK ME INTO THINGS NOT GOOD FOR MY SETTLEMNT! THE WORST.

Worst insurance company around! I was quoted great prices over the phone… After I made the switch to State Farm my first bill went up over $225.00 more than what I was quoted and signed for. I canceled all polices after only being w/ State Farm one month. I was told I would receive a full refund in 7-10 days. It has now been 63 days & still no REFUND. My ex-agent has stopped taking my calls & blames everything on underwriting.

State Farm is like a bad neighbor. After having a homeowners policy for 8 years on our first home, we got a quote for the house we just bought. We had a claim on our previous home for hail damage (not a stretch for hail claim, it was legit). They paid it no problem, because it was a legitimate claim. Well, now we get a phone call 2 WEEKS after closing from our agent, telling us State Farm is denying the policy we just started. And the only reason? State farm has held my vehicle hostage for a month. No communication, no customer service, no help from anyone from agents to claims team. No decision on whether to pay for the repair or total the vehicle. This after they held $2k for a separate claim for 2 months with zero communication. They do not communicate, everyone in the process has attempted to coherce me to ignore my policy and coverage, they have no customer service, and they lie at every junction of the process. Do not do business with them.
