BEWARE!! Pay almost $200 monthly for full coverage, last night someone hit my vehicle so I called State Farm and was told by numerous employees that I need to take it up with the other persons insurance company!!! THE OTHER PERSONS Insurance company!!!! When I asked what do I pay them almost $200 a month for, no one would answer!
A hail storm passed through Nashville in January 2023. My vehicle parked in my driveway had $6,000 worth of damage, but according to State Farm, the roof had none. After trying to work with my agent and the adjuster with limited communication, State Farm has decided to deny the claim, but drop my coverage due to damage to my roof. Interesting enough, multiple roofing companies have inspected the roof and noted hail damage. Also, State Farm has a reputation (at least in the south) for denying roof claims according to about a ... read more
Just as others have stated, this evil company State Farm has absolutely no loyalty to their customers. I love my agent and the employees in the local office but the corporate and adjusters are sorry excuses for human beings. An adjuster pretended to be there to look over my roof on a weather damage claim but in reality he was just there to get on my property to look around and see what they could use against me. Of course I was denied. A few weeks later I received a letter telling me I need to take steps on my trees and yard... read more
I have had state farm for many years, they neglected to send me a paper to sign and would rather lose my business over 41 dollars than fix it and they blamed it on corporate which you cannot get a hold of at all.Very disappointed,I ended up canceling the whole policy!
State farm stinks! We had a hail storm in 2023, many roofs in my neighborhood were replaced (including next door). In early 2024, my roof starts to leak. I call a roofing company with 20 plus year experience and they tells me I have hail damage to my shingles. I call State Farm and their adjuster say that the damage to the shingles isn't hail damage. The only thing state farm is good at is depositing your payment! Steve
I’d give zero stars if I could. They removed my Class IV roof discount, unknowningly, and refused to give it back unless a roofer could say it was in perfect condition, which it was not. A few months later, I made a claim due to an active roof leak. They denied the claim. I said, it’s not insurable due to the leak and I was told they don’t cover insurability. Then what do you cover?? My policy went up over $200/month due to their negligence, and when I want to switch carriers, I can’t because they won’t even cover what I pay... read more
Horrible Car Insurance company. I wasn’t at fault in an accident and they were not able to recoup my deductible from other insurers company. Would not recommend going through them.
Dropped me after a glass claim from a rock cracking our windshield and using roadside assistance to tow my truck when the brake caliper blew a seal.
I filed a glass claim on May 24, 2024 for our brand new Audi. I was referred to their glass vendor L***. The company selected to replace the rear passenger window was M***** Glass. The other day, I noticed the window molding was bent. I called M***** Glass and they denied responsibility. I called L***, they transferred me to State Farm. The rep, Jennifer said if State Farm handled it, I would have to pay another deductible. When i challenged her, Jennifer said she would have to transfer me back to L***. Then said the wait wa... read more
