They wanted to charge me DOUBLE of the cost of my insurance because they didnt have my husband info which resulted in the insurance getting cancel and reinstated. Not to mention, I called and gave them all the info they needed. State Farm agreed to cover my claim after somebody they insured hit my pickup. My vehicle was parked so I was not at fault. They have chosen not to take care of the loss in value my vehicle has sustained through no fault of my own. This is now creating the need for me to use the legal system, attorneys and more of my time to get this company to do what they are legally bound to do without this added difficulty. I would love it if they paid me the $4468 for my claim
After 40 years with statefarm, I decided to get quotes from other insurance companies, I finally settled on p**********, they saved me $100 a month on my three vehicles, I canceled my policy before the billing cycle to avoid the next bill, two of my vehicles were canceled, but for some reason, they left my Acura on past the billing cycle, charged my bank then canceled my policy afterwards, they denied a refund of $138 without explanation. I will never go back to State Farm ever again even if they were the least expensive.
We use State Farm for our fleet of company vehicles and the issues I will be talking about are both a personal experience as well as experiences with our vehicle fleet. I have been with State Farm for almost 20 years. My parents was with them for almost 30 years together after 50 years of service State Farm just keeps raising our premium. when I asked about this I was told that the premium increase was because of all the new drivers on the road people coming in from different countries played a big part of it. In a troubling turn of events, my husband Vahe K***** has fallen victim to a sophisticated check fraud scheme, raising serious concerns about C**** Bank's security protocols and their responsibility in safeguarding customer assets. Since 6/24/24 I have been calling State Farm to remove my 07 Mitsubishi Eclipse which they own! I signed and notarized the Power of Attorney and the Tirle to the car, since then I have called, emailed and texted my State Farm Agent David Roy and they still have NOT removed the car THAT NOW BELONGS TO STATE FARM AND I’m STILL PAYING INSURANCE ON! How is that fair to the customer!! My next step is my lawyer wether I like it or not!!!
