Bad....although we have full coverage on our Expedition, they are fighting us in every way they can to rip us off. We are having to use a lot of our retirement money to fix our vehicle. Our Expedition was struck by lightning. Unfortunately, since the vehicle was struck under the front end, it destroyed most of the electrical system. We are using one of their preferred service shop. To whom it may concern: On September 18, I was charged in the amount of $243, a charge that my agent and his assistant did not discuss with me or tell me about. A few months prior, I informed the company that I was thinking of moving forward with cancelling my policy due to how expensive my coverage had become but upon further discussion about reduced coverage, I opted to stay with State Farm and not move forward with cancelling. Agree with the other unhappy customers in these reviews. We had State Farm for our home and auto. We just got notice that they are canceling our auto because we had one fender bender, one cracked windshield repair, and one tow request over the last 2 years. Note that we have 4 drivers on our policy and these were not all from the same driver or even the same car. The total cost to State Farm for all 3 of those events was probably less than $5000. If I can give 0 stars I would. My husband and I have been customers 15 years and had multiple vehicles insured with them. We were advised to sign up for there life insurance policy to lower our rates, and after doing so we began to receive monthly withdrawls of $80 for having these policies in addition to our regular insurance. We attempted to cancel multiple times and with each attempt we were told it would increase our payments and were not allowed to do so. Lisa Davis State Farm 8201 Rowlock Way Ste 112 Raleigh, NC 27613 This particular State Farm agency has horrible customer service. No response to our calls and questions, Our family has been customers of State Farm for over 40 years and only recently had to file a couple of claims. Do not use state farm at all cost. I had a fire at my rental property 1 year ago and counting. Still waiting for them to approve the summary of loss my contractor and I have submitted as state farm is off by over 50k. They been giving me the run around. Now they finally going to approve after lots of calls and time on my end but will see still not worth using them please stay away!

I can’t stress this enough, if you have State Farm insure anything that you own you need to look elsewhere for coverage. My car has been in the Shop since May for hail damage repair. State Farm is still dragging out paying for the damages, they take over a month to pay out for each part of the claim. The body shop has told us that State Farm is doing this on every vehicle they have have in for repairs and they are being told numerous other body shops are receiving the same treatment. I don't see the point of sending out an adjuster that says my roof needs to be replaced, just for the individual handleing my claim to deny and say repair only. This insurance company is horrible. They want to repair so when it comes up again I am paying another deductable and they can keep raising my rate based on the number of claims filed.
