I have had a very bad experience with the StateFarm these days because they are so irresponsible for the mistakes or scams they made to me. My car was recently sent to repairing shop and the StateFarm as the insurer of the party at fault reserved a rental car with E*********. When I was dropped off at the car rental place, E********* gave me a compact car although my car is a Lexus SUV. This company is a joke. They raise the rates with zero explanation,they deny a claim for hail damage claiming that my roof Never received damages when 15 other houses around me all received new roof, I clearly have damage when there is missing shingles. After 2 year's of fighting them over it I got siding which I didn’t need but still no roof. Our first time filing a home repair claim and it isn't going well at all. we had several shingles blown off of our house. we have had a roofer out to look at the damage. we filed our claim and given a # for the claims adjuster. he has yet to return our call. it has been almost 2 weeks of leaving a message every day. when you call the call goes to his VM every time. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company Insurance, 4900 S. Kerr Rd, Scott AR 72142-9081 sell cars through I** Little Rock, AR 72142 with an Arkansas Clear Title when they know that if you take the car outside of Arkansas the car will be titled as a Salvage or Rebuilt. They add an entry into the NMVTIS data base that the car is a "Total Loss" that requires almost all other states to title the car as "Rebuilt or Salvaged." I have been paying for an auto insurance policy for my daughter with Rick Kolmin Agency in Ohio since 2021. She is titled on the car and is the only one on the policy however they continuously put my last name on her cards (we have different last names). I assumed it was an administrative error and asked for it to be fixed multiple times. When she moved to Michigan she asked for her policy and proof of insurance from Rick Kolmin. Don’t ever use State Farm for homeowners insurance. We had water damage over Father’s Day weekend, and we filed a claim, they gave us $8000 to fix a $25,000 loss. Then, they called and stated they would NOT be renewing our contract because we are too much of a risk. Now, we can’t find homeowners insurance any where because we have an open claim with State Farm. “Like a good neighbor” my ***. My complaint is that State Farm has denied my home insurance claim from a recent storm that we had. I had a claim filed back on 4/4/2023 in which my siding was damaged from a strong storm and when the inspector from State Farm came out to look at the damage they did not even know what they were looking at. She asked what is wrong with the siding when it was torn of the house. The denial reason was normal wear and tear on the siding which was not true. I have been driving for the past 18 year with no accidents or citations on my or my wife’s record. Today I attempted to get a quote for my vehicles to see if I can fined a better rate. Before I was able to proceed in getting a quote from P********** and State Farm I was simply told that the insurance company will not provide me with the coverage due to me owning a 2011 Hyundai Sonata which have a high rate of theft. My husband barely backed in to a vehicle but jacknifed his trailer into his own truck. The other truck had a couple scratches on it from my husband hitting it. I sent State Farm pictures of both vehicles. The other guy claimed he broke his light and scratched the top of truck and State Farm paid it even though I sent picture telling them my husband only did 2 small scratches on bottom bumper.
