I went online to get quotes for auto mobile insurance. I received a call back from State Farm Insurance. They quoted me for full coverage $75 per month. They requested my account information so that they could debit the 1st months payment. I asked them if I had automobile replacement in case of an accident and they advise me no. State Farm insurance company for over 40 years - called for storm damage and they didn’t even show to document damage - just used their definition of flood and water damage to deny my claim! They suck - it was phone tag for 2 weeks - then stated “no coverage!” I will change all my coverages - 5 cars / 2 boats / 2 houses If you have State Farm - I recommend you change ASAP - you don’t have piece of mind!

State Farm doesn't even deserve 1 star! We dealt with Toni & Dan (Ohio). These people act as if they are not hired & employed by me to protect my interests including 3 vehicles & my home!!! Bad storms have hit NE Ohio. State Farm has sent no adjuster to see interior damage & refuse to show us the report the roofer they hired emailed. That roofer told us the severity of the damage & explained the process of matching shingles... Water was pouring into our attic!!!! POURING!!!!! There's interior damage & exterior. Got into an accident yesterday, been calling State Farm for the past day and a half. They told me that they couldn’t do anything until they get confirmation from the insurer. Turns out he did call in this morning, but they transferred him to the claim representative who never answers her phone. Been trying to reach her all day and left several messages and she refuses to return any calls. So if I and I insurer can’t get a hold of her nothing will be resolved. At this point I blame State Farm

I’m a repair facility and I don’t recommend Statefarm to anyone looking for an automotive policy. They find ways to scam the policyholder and repair facility out of money. I recently repaired a vehicle for a customer that owned a Mercedes Benz and held a policy through State Farm. They look for the cheapest parts to repair a policyholders vehicle with. They also only want to pay for those parts if they are on backorder or not. I was recently scammed out of $12 per hour on 81 hours of labor. They use a survey tech to lower th... read more

Let me just start with If I could leave zero stars I would. In 2022 I was hit at an intersection stopping for a police officer and was rear ended, and my car was totaled by a State Farm insurance holder. From the very beginning it’s been a nightmare, first with not getting me into a rental right away. My husband and I are currently dealing with a claim on our brand new Mazda CX-30 involving Collison damage to the vehicle (estimated damage around $8,000). Our car has been sitting in the collusion shop for 3 weeks at a standstill due to the claims adjuster, a gentleman by the name of Cameron L********, not sending the shop the adjusted estimate and supplement for the car. I have been a customer for over 15 years and I had my home broken into in June... I have sent receipts and my lease a sworn statement also a picture, and a credit authorization for my claim... no one has came to inspect the property and it is now August and the inspector keeps asking for more things after I already have given him enough to close the claim and pay out the money owed to me... Had a tornado. Make claim with State Farm. Plays phone tag then closed my claim. No follow up whatsoever after the fact. I call and restart claim. Miscommunication on what’s covered and not regarding tree removal. Then having strike force come out to check my fridge. They scheduled me 5-7. Then called and said 5:30. After leaving work coming home early they were nice enough to cancel without notice and said they have the option to cancel whenever.
