ZERO. Hope to God you never get in an accident with one of their clients. I can't get a phone call back from them. My car sat outside for over a week in -30 degree temps because the shop couldn't release my car until state farm paid. The shop couldn't get a hold of them. Filed a claim with them for weather damage to my home only a couple years of living in my home due to freezing rain and high winds. Adjuster came out after making us wait 4 addition weeks after they told me they said they would send someone out asap and immediately said no it's definitely just wear and tear and there was nothing they could do. State Farm is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. A minor accident has resulted in my vehicle being at the shop for a month and a half with still no completion date in sight. Appraisers haven’t shown up to appointments to look at it and multiple supplements have had to happen because the lack of getting an accurate diagnosis and the correct parts ordered by their incapable appraisers. I would never back this business and would encourage you to go with another insurance carrier.

I am extremely disappointed with State Farm and their handling of my recent claim. After a severe snowstorm, the weight of ice and snow caused my deck and stairs to collapse. When I filed a claim, I expected my homeowner’s insurance to cover the damages, as this was a direct result of the extreme weather. However, instead of providing the coverage I have been paying for, they unfairly denied my claim, citing "wear and tear" as the reason. Worst insurance company ever. I had home and auto with them for over a decade. I had never filed a claim and then I had to for hail damage to my roof and they denied it. Absolute garbage. I will never give them another penny of my money.

I would give them a double negative star if I could . I already submitted a review on my issue with State Farm. They sent me to a******** collision for an estimate, the place quoted a 7500.00 repair ticket, I went another body shop and got a quote for 3200.00, State Farm would NOT except the second quote and totaled my vehicle. I called the insurance commissioner and got NO help from them either. It’s been six years and I can’t get my vehicle registered because of what they did. After 30 years, I had to file a claim for damage due to a fire. It's been almost a year, all I have been is ignored, my clothes were held hostage for a month, because they did not want to pay the cleaners. It's been non stop aggravation with this company! Like a good neighbor,State farm is not a good neighbor.
