During the winter and spring of 2024 I had 2 motor vehicles and a motorcycle insured with Lance Matsumura, an agent for State Farm insurance company. I've been with State Farm for over 10 years. Recently had some issues with the roofing, which State Farm paid and fixed. I also had a bunch of water issues later on, which State Farm does not cover for. But because I filed a claim regarding this thinking they could help. Used to really like state farm and had insurance with them for years. After a large rate hike moving to a new state, 3 yrs later I moved again for another large rate hike so went to another company offering much cheaper rates. Recently checked into them again... "like a good neighbor state farm is there", except they weren't and the online quote read "sorry for the inconvenience, online quotes not available in your area" near R******** *** Too bad state farm couldn't be there for me. :) may need to change their add.
Very poor insurance provider. Very strict regarding claims and most desk adjusters as well as field are very disrespectful & has very poor communication. Also you pay monthly, But in a time of need they hardly issue money to help if any! 1/5 for sure.
Was hit by one of their insured: who was ticketed. They are refusing to pay damages and I'm going to have to sue them.
Have been going through state farm since 2004. In 2010 weatherization went through and put blown in insulation in all the walls and sealed them all in. I put a back door and 2 windows 1 in back and other was on the side in 2012. Replaced roof in 2019 they gave me 1700 and told me to hire a contractor but ended up in the hospital so the roof came out of my pocket because the claim lapsed 13000 now in 2024. State farm is telling me i have get my house sided or they will cancel my policy because they say because its not sided a... read more
State farm sucks .... buy else were .they are absolutely disgraceful and useless.
