Have been waiting for a resolved claim since 5-16-24. Was hit by State farm customer. Have been called once & had hot air blown in my rear. But still out thousands & have a to look at a totaled car in my side yard for 4+ months! Would never voluntarily do business with State Farm insurance after this experience!!!

State Farm is by far the most inconsiderate insurance company as it pertains to paying settlement claims. I was hit from behind by an insured with State Farm, he was traveling in his words about 40mph or faster, he slammed in back of me on ice, while was traveling slow and cautiously on an icy bridge, after he hit me we got off the interstate and pulled into a service station, while awaiting for emergency personnel and law enforcement, the insured tried to get the store clerk to say he hit me from behind at the station ??, s... read more

State Farm handled my claim carelessly and denied the damages that were found on my property . I will never recommend them to anyone what a way to take care of a friendly neighbor . They are too busy paying celebrities , and making commercials with Patrick M****** eating all our money in . Stay away !

Got a quote from n** *** ****** car insurance one from G**** and one from p********** or between 105 dollars a month and $150 State farm was 267 absolutely ridiculous I have heard this from many people that they are very overpriced

I've been using statefarm auto for almost 20 years and have had no issues. Then I bought my home about for years ago and had 2 bad storms. I had adjusters our from statefarm twice once in 2022 and then again in 2024. The first adjuster told me that I would be getting a new roof the day of inspection then called me back a week later and denied it. After another storm I had another adjuster out in 2024 and he told me I should have never been denied the first time. For the last 2 years what has been leaking from my roof into my... read more

Stay away from State Farm. Paul Valeria in La,Mesa Ca. I haven't been driving my car since February 2020. A** Valeria,gave me a quote 59. 56 on February 2020.Now they have picked up to 71.17 and they know that it has ZERO mileage. I'm not driving because of chronic copd and covid. They haven't paid any losses or claims I was with F****** back in 1980 to 89.From then it was A*******. Both insurance companies paid claims at one time. Lied about my deductible lied about my coverage just truly unscrupulous. Thank you Joe Nowitzki in Kansas City for taking my money for 18 years and doing nothing and then accuse me of threatening you when you do nothing. Would love to leave zero Stars

Worst company ever!... They came and towed my car for them to inspect it and now I won't accept their claim their saying it's my responsibility to pick it up from salvage yard. I'm going to sue them for everything I possibly can!. And they're fully liable for the accident!. Don't use statefarm if you want to keep your sanity!!!

We have had State Farm Insurance for over 30 yrs. We have had no claims. We had damage from the storm to our roof. We had a company come out and said we need a new roof for house and garage. They only want to pay for the house. Unfortunately the shingles are no longer available. But they're fuse to do the garage but want us to do the house.
