This is so depressing. State Farm will take your money and will not cover you the same day unless you talk to someone. This is how it work which is not fare. When you call and speak to someone in the office and the pay the bill after it has been cancelled. They take your payment and will reinstate you 1 hr or so after that and you will be covered mind you it was Paid and you will be cover the same day . If you pay the bill online and it shows the day you paid it . You will not be covered until they get ready for it to reinst... read more

Tried escalation path for incorrect roofing diagnosis and our claim. They refused to hear us, talk over us and said we reviewed your case, and you cannot speak to my manager, she will not call you back! We told them you cannot tell us who we can speak to in your org, we are a customer! She is the manager of claims group!

They are thieves, liars manipulators abusers. They profit off of people’s misery. I suffered a crippling spinal injury from an accident that I did not cause. I lost everything I’ve owned. A person with State Farm insurance hit my car but when they filed their claim they told them a lie, when I called them for them to repair my car they told me that I was the one liable for the repairs. 13 years with a clean record. Never missed a payment. I lost over $80,000 in a garage fire and received a $26,000 check total for the building and its contents. Twice now I have been left stranded on the side of the highway with a poor excuse for road side assistance on a full coverage vehicle. This last incident left myself and my two children on the side of a busy highway at 11:30 at night. Set up wrong in the beginning. Home & auto were separated & not together like I had requested. Overcharged to set up the account. Took months to get them to combine them. I asked them about the overages & duplicate amounts taken out of my account. They did a review no one contacted me back. Every time I call back they don’t know what Im talking about cuz the send me to different people to talk to. If you can get any other insurance company, please do. save yourself the trouble. My husband has been with State Farm for like 12yrs, April 13th 24 he was in a horrible motorcycle accident. The bike was fully covered by State Farm. My husband was put in the Trauma unit and his bike was left on the side of the road, I stayed up the entire night trying to get his motorcycle off the side of the road. I have been with State Farm for 20 years and have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect as I have by their home claims department, specifically Alisa M**** and her leadership. There was zero responses from Alisa for a month of my contractor and I both trying to get an answer on additional damages. After being a State Farm customer for almost 30 years and insuring multiple cars and homes, I unfortunately recommend NO ONE use them for their insurance. We had hail damage. Had two roofing professionals tell us we had it. SF said they didn't agree. Two months later we had a limb fall from a tree during a storm and put a hole in our roof. They said the hole wasn't consistent with what wind and a tree limb would have done. Out of the 5 homes in our culdesac, 3 were given a new roof because of the same hail damage.
