Terrible company. Over 20 years as a customer and someone hit my car. Tried to file under at faults insurance but the body shop would not work with their company. My agent recommended that I use my collision and State Farm surrogate. State Farm’s supportive body shop said they can’t do the work you have to go to this shop as they are the only ones certified to do Audi aluminum work. We go there and they provide their quote. They only use used parts for repairs. They are unresponsive. The estimators are worse than the entitled tsa agents. Like a bad neighbor state farm is never there for you. All commercials no action.
The most horrible insurance company. I have been a loyal customer for 35 years and have paid over $70,000 in premiums. I went to the body shop that State Farm referred me to and that body shop got overspray all over my car. State Farm is doing everything to avoid paying for the proper repair of my car. It would only cost State Farm $8,000 to fix and they are denying to fix something that they created when referring me to this body shop. I pray for the people that have to work at State Farm. Canceled me after over 10 years, because I filed 1 claim in August 2024 for a water/sewer backup, I was so upset all the years I paid my insurance on time never late. I had home and auto, they only Canceled home so I found another insurance company the next day and Canceled my auto. Insurance is to protect me and my property it's like they want you to pay put not file any claims.
We had a large farm with a 3.5 million dollar house near Lebanon, OR. And a 780,000 house in Kalispeel. A 1.2 million dollar house in Lake Havasuu City. And two other houses, a boat, 6 cars, an RV. All insured by state farm. After over 25 years we had a claim on the farm for a water leak from the dishwasher in the kitchen, water got under the floor. State Farm keeps telling you the check is going to be in a couple weeks. They have said this for 2 years now. Had to get an attorney. Funny I had the rear end accident by there Insured on camera. They admitted fault in 3 hours but never paid my claim. This should be not only against the law but against all moral principals. Paid for farm insurance for many years with State Farm in Manchester Michigan had a wall fall in on our hip roof barn from a lot of rain and now they don’t want to pay. I have not seen anybody from State Farm come and even look at the damage. Sounds like they have to pay for California fires so we get the shaft. Leaving 1 star but should be a minus 5 star.
State farm a bunch of crooks they took my money and dropped me off they policy now my license is suspended and they kept majority These insurance companies need some policy to protect consumers all insurance companies are scams and crooks
