The won't renew if you actually use your insurance. First accident and ticket. Horrible company.

Claims department is terrible. Highly under value vehicles. They changed their story from phone conversation to phone conversation. I felt like they were out to cover their own a** and help the collision center come up with more cost than were needed as opposed to taking care of their customers. My family has been loyal customers for 10 years with auto and home insurance and they are going to loose us as customers. Terrible terrible service.

A worthless insurance company. Turned down a roof claim that was substantiates by three roofing companies. Horrible customer service. After 20 years with them they also were useless and no help During a tornado claim. I dropped ALL my Stare Farm insurance and DO NOT recommend them.

State Farm’s client rear-ended me in a car accident. After the accident, State Farm failed to cover my $205 medical expenses at an urgent care facility. Additionally, they presented me with a document requesting that I waive any future rights to pursue legal action against them or their client. I chose not to sign this document, and as a result, my medical expenses were never reimbursed. Furthermore, State Farm deemed my vehicle a total loss and offered to purchase the car from me, however they are trying to subtract $2000 f... read more

worst home owners insurance on the planet. you only have a one year liability clause when it comes to home owners and they push all the way. our home was damaged during a bad storm. they refused to pay to have a roof replaced and try to force use to use a inferior shingle that does not match in size or width or color to our home. spoke to a independent adjuster and absolutely state that we have grounds to sue but since they pushed the claim past the 1 year mark im unable to go after them with a lawyer. evil company.... were ... read more

So last year I had a 2015 Kia optima I bought it with damage from a dealership and State farm just paid out the damages on the vehicle from a previous accident and now my rates are going up even though they got the photos from the person who owned the vehicle showing the damages previously

Fraudulent company with good advertising. State Farm would not cover our car rental after an accident. They claimed they would cover a "like vehicle" but didn't cover the rental of an SUV. We didn't know this until we turned in the rental at which time E********* said that was a very common occurrence with State Farm. The car was hit in a parking lot when we were at a highschool basketball game.

State Farm Insurance Review – Beware of Hidden Fees and Unjust Billing I purchased a business insurance policy from State Farm for my patio door replacement company and paid in full upfront. However, I soon discovered that adding an additional insured would cost me an extra $100 per customer. If I had 10+ customers needing this, that would mean an additional $1,000—an excessive and unexpected cost. Due to this, I decided to cancel my policy. Despite having paid in full, State Farm now claims I owe them $576.72, which makes a... read more

I was with this company for 20+ yrs with VERY minimal payouts. I had 1 year I had multiple not at fault claims and they not only charged me close to $700/mon they also dropped me after telling me they could cover me. Stay far away from this company. They will drop you if you have to actually use your insurance coverage, but are more then happy to take your money.
