Been with this company 6 years. I just had to get a third agent due to the careless agents that have been assigned to me. I have been sitting in agony for 2 weeks due to a mess up that should have not happened. I filed a complaint with the escalations department mid last week and have still yet to get a call back from anyone to discuss this matter. After 20+ years of State Farm on my home, and all my vehicles we were denied State Farm insurance when we moved to Florida. The State Farm Rep said we had a claim 2 years previous which was a very minor accident where we hit a dog crossing the road. We were then told that after 1 year we could be reinstated, then told the policy changed again. State Farm should be looked at for malpractice, and I am also reaching out to the Insurance Commissioner in Floriday to voice my distaste of this type practice.

State Farm is a horrible house insurance company. I had two claims in six years, now they will not renew my insurance! Why the hell do you have insurance for!! 2 claims in 6 years. They suck!!

State Farm is a joke. They charge so much and when you get in an accident that isn’t your fault they don’t fight for you. I had to pay my deductible and their attorney couldn’t even win the case to get it back for me. My accident was almost 2 years ago and still nothing. I would ever recommend them. They had me so frustrated and in tears when I first reported the accident and they were not helpful at all.

I have had statefarm for 30 + years. I had a huge storm come through in May, shingles missing, hail damage water damage ect. Filed a claim, it took them almost 4 weeks to even look at it. After waiting and trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks to see the results, they came back with improper installation. Mine you my roof is 15 years old. I've only owned the house for 5 years. Sorriest insurance I have ever had. Does NOT have adjusters come out for claims. Does it by pictures! WTH?! I was married to a man that did body work so I know there is no way a good estimate can be done from pictures!

So far I am very unimpressed with this insurer. I was a state farm customer and was about to go back until I ended up having to file a claim with a current state farm policy holder being the liable driver in an accident. It have been almost a week since the accident and I still have no way to work or to just run normal errands. They are like a BAD neighbor, not a good neighbor, and they are certainly not there for you or anyone else. We received a three different letters last month stating they would not renew our Car Insurance because of claims. Here are the claims: 1. No Fault Claim - someone hit our car while shopping at the Mall at Green Hills, we wouldn't have done the claim, but it messed up our sensor in the front of the car and the car kept braking without anyone in front of us. 2.
