State Farm is continually raising my premiums by hundreds of dollars every few months without explanation first it was because I refused to participate in the safe drive which is a scam they never lower my premiums in fact they raised it continually and when I asked them to discontinued the safe drive I was charged over 100 for not wanting to be in this. I have held off on reviewing State Farm this negatively because, believe it or not, I was pretty loyal to them for a good ten years since I've been old enough to have my insurance plan. In all that time, I never needed to file a claim until last year. When I did, I received no updates about the claim unless I sought them out. This is the worst insurance I have ever had in me life, do not ever get insurance with this company. I had a total loss on my vehicle it took me calling around to have them to do there job. It took two months to get get my total loss claim when it should have took about a month. The second reason not to deal with this company is they took about 4 months to add my wife new car to my policy. I was paying for car insurance for that I had traded in cause, the underwriters are too dumb too replace a car on my policy.

This is so depressing. State Farm will take your money and will not cover you the same day unless you talk to someone. This is how it work which is not fare. When you call and speak to someone in the office and the pay the bill after it has been cancelled. They take your payment and will reinstate you 1 hr or so after that and you will be covered mind you it was Paid and you will be cover the same day . If you pay the bill online and it shows the day you paid it . You will not be covered until they get ready for it to reinst... read more

Tried escalation path for incorrect roofing diagnosis and our claim. They refused to hear us, talk over us and said we reviewed your case, and you cannot speak to my manager, she will not call you back! We told them you cannot tell us who we can speak to in your org, we are a customer! She is the manager of claims group!

They are thieves, liars manipulators abusers. They profit off of people’s misery. I suffered a crippling spinal injury from an accident that I did not cause. I lost everything I’ve owned. I am unable to take care of myself. yet State Farm has fought me every step of the way when I’ve had numerous doctors say I need stuff they still deny me and send me to their corporate paid doctors who deny me they deny simple tests, when I ask if they had doctors review that no no they didn’t They just decided they didn’t want to. A person with State Farm insurance hit my car but when they filed their claim they told them a lie, when I called them for them to repair my car they told me that I was the one liable for the repairs. 13 years with a clean record. Never missed a payment. I lost over $80,000 in a garage fire and received a $26,000 check total for the building and its contents. Twice now I have been left stranded on the side of the highway with a poor excuse for road side assistance on a full coverage vehicle. This last incident left myself and my two children on the side of a busy highway at 11:30 at night.
