Dear State Farm Insurance, I had been a loyal customer for over a decade until I sold my car at the end of June and cancelled my policy like any sane person would do. The indepndant adjuster I was on the roof with told me State Farm is by far the worst company he works with. He said if I wanted to tarp the roof I would need to go get a tarp and do it myself, he said if I had any other company then SF he would be required to tarp it to prevent further damage. At the time of the incident the wind was blowing so hard it almost took my carport roof off, I laid on it in the pouring rain and put screws in it so it wouldn't damage my neighbors house. This is my second attempt. The SF app closed me out. SF totalled my car after an incident in a school drop off line. Another car came between 2 drop off lines and could have hit my child and bent my car door backwards. Their collision ctr charged too much, and denied a second estimate. They filed total loss. I kept my car,had it fixed for half the price. They said I need a salvage title then rebuilt. My car is 18 yrs old with 230k miles. It should be an "As Is" title. State Farm is raising home deductibles so high you can’t use it. When you need to use it, your claim is denied and there is no recourse. Requested an adjuster come to my house, request denied. I have had auto with them for 48 years, home coverage 32 years. I’m done. Not what they used to be.

The company is terrible. They refused to cover anything on our house. I don't understand why we have homeowners insurance with them. Our claim handler never replied and failed to do his job. The company sent out a third-party company to inspect, and the inspector didn't know our dwelling. How can you help someone out with no information? We have been customers for 11 years and seriously considering switching to anyone else.

Statefarm is completely mishandling my home insurance policy and it's infuriating! I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and now they're refusing to approve my entire claim. One agent initially approved it, but then it got shot down by another agent, Sarah K******. Worse company to work with. They will not speak to you in person , they only send emails. When you call to talk with an adjuster they keep switching you the initial call with voice message. Then you wait on hold for about 45 minutes but the claim adjuster assigned to your case will never answer the phone and will not call you back. The lady handling my case is Alpha T***** and she WILL NOT SPEAK WITH US OR RETURN OUR CALLS.

State farm to get a certificate of insurance takes two weeks. I worked with other company and never heard of anything like this. I usually get it the next day. Don't recommend state farm in the Orlando office. They are never in the office and no one answer the phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I'm shopping for new insurance and don't want to hear anything from state farm.

I was dropped today because of glass claims. GLASS! I live in FL, a state that has extreme temperatures. This caused my windshield to crack a few times. Not a little crack, but ‘across the windshield’, illegal to drive with, cracked. They see my claims, that were made over a year and a half period, as a risk to them in the future. I have a clean driving record!
