If I could give zero starts I would. State Farm is an absolutely awful insurance company. In over 5 years of paying insurance totaling nearly $10,000, I finally had to submit a claim as someone attempted to steal my car and caused significant damage. The insurance company demanded the dealership use used parts, but were not available for approval for ordering said parts. We had a driver that had an accident back on February 4, 2024. We filed our claim and followed normal protocol when filing this insurance claim. This has by far been the WORST experience we have ever had with an insurance company not to mention the amount of money we have lost with our truck being down and by State Farm dragging their feet with our claim. Was in a car accident this past July clearly wasn’t my fault I had 3 different claim agents passing the buck not one person called me. They found me liable without a police report didn’t even have the correct street it happen on. Horrible!!!!!!!......This company has given mena price to grab me in at beginning and the they raised my price $300.....then i called an got extra covergae so they would drop my xar insurance....when time came to pay 6 months car insurance....they said prices or deals didnt go through!!!!!!!.....i had purchased an new med insurance just so my xar insurance would go down but they said to me once again....your requests didnt go through so you have to pay higher insurance!!!!!!!!!!!! a scam of insurance!!!..believe me.....pleas... read more

I had a simple question about a refund check status. And since the situation was for both auto and home i didnt know which line to call. The first gentleman who helped me was very kind and understood where i was confused so he transferred me to underwriting (because of the home insurance had been cancelled by statefarm themselves). Like a lot of reviews, I've been a State Farm customer for decades. I put in one claim for some storm damage to my roof, gutters, soffit & fascia and not only did they low ball the repair costs (less than $2000 for 10K worth of repairs) so they could claim it didn't meet my deductible but a couple months after they denied the claim, they sent a letter saying I had to get the repairs done or they won't renew my contract when it's up. They used to be a good, honest insurance company but now they're a bunch of scam artists. ??

I don' think State Farm Insurance isn't completely honest with their customers , not loyal to them and don't keep their employees up to date on accidents that happen because of natural causes, which make customers think that a truly professional insurance company isn't really happening I wouldn't recommend State Farm to my worst enemy they've reached the point where they don't want their customers to file claims even after years of being a honest and loyal customer , I deserve a refund for all the years of insurance premiums... read more
