As I write this my parents home is in a state that I’m sure has to be unhealthy for everyone living there and has my parents stressed out which worries me because of there health conditions. Very disappointing when you have to work with them with respect to an auto clam.
After being a customer for 36 years with no vehicle claims. In 2 years my son and husband both had an accident. They decided to drop me. I guess they are only good if you don’t file a claim. I was so upset that after all these years I was committed to State Farm and me as a customer that meant nothing. They are horrible and I would never recommend them to anyone! Like a Bad neighbor State Farm is not there!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Company needs to be investigated for fraud and price gouging.
Insurance Company maliciously labels my vehicle with a smaller engine and threatens arbitration if I don't accept it.. avoid this Insurance Company like the plague.
I filed an uninsured motorist claim under my policy. The claim took over 45 days to resolve. The claim was a total loss from the start and, even giving the benefit of doubt to State Farm, could be determined a total loss with 2 weeks of the claim. Rather than specifying as much, State Farm delayed the process, approved certain work only to reject any allocation of labor to do the work, then ultimately landed in the same place of total loss as advised based on the expense to repair conveyed by the repair shop. I wish i could leave 0 stars. I have been with State Farm for 14 years. I have had 1 at fault and 1 not at fault accident in the same year. I got a letter stating i was not going to be renewed. Where is the loyalty? I asked about a higher premium, i asked about being turned into a standard customer as opposed to mutual, nothing. My agent did absolutely nothing and wished me luck! Customer service is crap!
If we could give less than 1 star we would. Our company has been insured by State Farm for years and within the last couple of years we have had the worst customer service/ response rate on any and all inquiries. It has been over 7 months with no confirmation on the request to update our company's driver list. Some turd without insurance or a drivers license hit my prestine classic camaro! Was not my fault at all. I have uninsured motorist and full coverage! First thing state farm started telling me was what they don't cover!! Like my aftermarket rims, tires, hood, exhaust, steering wheel etc... they stated that it was a total loss and trying to give me 11000 $ for a 25000$ car that I didn't damage! Screw state Farm! Oh yeah, no rental vehicle! And the ins. Adjuster lied about getting a quote to fix it! Garbage Company!!
