RUN, RUN, RUN from Bill Davis and State Farm When I told Bill Davis’office what was happening,they didn’t even call me back. Our policy is VERY clear and easy to understand- Bill Davis is not backing up the product he sold us! Call the Nevada Department of Insurance if this ever happens to you. Upon checking their quarterly complaint reports that are public, State Farm has an ALARMING number of complaints. DO NOT use them if you want actual insurance protection. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. My girlfriend has been insured with State Farm for nearly 30 years, and has both car and home insurance. Well, this last Sunday the water line broke inside of the slab, and damaged both the carpet in one room, as well as the drywall. She was informed to get an estimate for replacing the water line ( which cost us $139.00 ), and we submitted the estimate. Now, they want an itemized cost analysis !!!.... I've had State Farm for over 15 years, and this experience has been the worst example of customer service. I've had an urgent issue that is affecting my coverage, and despite them knowing that I have coverage, they are reducing our coverage and increasing costs. At least 10 calls in the last 2 months with several "assurances" that issue was resolved and yet no resolution. They canceled me because I had a hail claim and because I had one other hail claim back in 2021 this is 2024 and the first claim was not even with State farm

Denied my claim after 5 months of excuses. Leaving hardship on my family and I. I was fully insured and followed everything they asked. Do not use this company.

Terrible and difficult. The company over charged my account. After I closed my business down, Kody proceeded to tell me how to operate a successful business- proclaiming the fault of the closer was my own. (Which was completely unprofessional and unrelated to the overcharges I needed help with.) He denied the overcharges, claiming my account bank account was hacked. After further review it was determined the issue was on their end, and a refund check would be issued. But, Kody never took accountability or apologized for the ... read more

Worst insurance company in America. N******* ******* puts them to shame. This company hires the laziest and rudest people to work for them. When it comes to claims the adjuster won’t come out to look at damages they make you do the heavy lifting. Then they turn around and accuse you of not tending to your damaged property like putting items out of the rain. Well what if you live in a small trailer or home. Then they will penny pinch the repairs. For this reason never choose them.

Between June 21st and the 22nd my husband and I recently had sewer backup in our basement which we were covered for. When we filed a claim with State Farm, they requested us to hire a company to mitigate our basement which was finished and requested us to provide an itemized list for any property lost.
